Took my 2004 Honda Accord in after being hit on the rear bumper. John Pedro wrote up the repair late Friday and I dropped off the car the following Monday. They work they did on painting the rear bumper was excellent — no overspray, great match to existing metallic color. This is what I expected. What I didn’t expect is that they would polish the entire car and buff out a scratched area on the front bumper from a prior brush with a column in a parking garage. Nice touch & it really made the car stand up! Maggie, the lady who answers the phone, really works to keep you posted on the status of your repair. I’ll definitely be back and referring friends/family to Collision Zone for paint & body work.

As I sit in collision zone very disappointed, I am inspired to share my experience with any potential future customers. The parts for my car took over a month to come in after I was notified that they actually usually wait for recycled parts to come in to see if they can be passed off as new ones. Then, when the parts arrive damaged, they are forced to buy the new ones my crashed car deserves. Finally i am told my car will be ready in 4 business days, when it actually took over two weeks. I get here to pick up my car and the headliner is completely ruined and the car is undrivable. The«manager» claims I brought it in like this, when clearly it is not even possible to drive the car here in this condition. I call my dad to let him know about the situation I am being put in and the«‘manager«calls my dad upon request. As soon as he hangs up the phone, he slams it and screams«f**king a**hole» in front of my face. I have never ever experienced such horrible customer service in my 20 years of living. Consider this when bringing your car in.
