Love this place! The food is delicious. Its one of My favorite in the area! They remodeled the bar area, looks good.

Food is usually hot and comes out pretty quick. Service is also pretty good. $ 20 dinner for 2 is a good deal. Wait time is usually 40+ minutes. They should open up another Chili’s in the area to reduce wait time. Drawbacks are that they expanded the bar area and got rid of a lot of booths, and the place is also extremely loud with a lot of kids.

Great portion of the queso skillet. The meat in the bbq burrito was a little too chewy. They remodeled the bar area. Looks good and has more seats. This chilis was extremely packed and we still had great service

waitress did not take order correctly and did not pay as much attention to us. How ever food was great, ambient was good. overall not bad yet not great

I can’t leave one zero stars. this is by far the most expensive mediocre food. this place is a piece of crap. the food the price is a big piece of crap .we paid 80 dollars for taco. the margaritas are watered down pos. they charge for chips now and napkins, silverware the manager is another pos he never reads this reviews. Bring back the old chilis .you lost one loyal customer. I’ll spread the word through media .this place is a rip off.

Rudest staff and manager of any restaurant I’ve been too. Very rude, will straight up lie to your face, and not accommodating at all. I walked out without ordering anything. I will never go there again. Worst Chili’s out there.

I have been to Chili’s in Kendall many times. I love that they always have 2 for 1 margaritas and that they continue to introduce new dishes. I recently had the Unlimited Enchiladas and it was terrific. I like that they usually have special deals and offers for the customers. The food is always delicious and the service is friendly and fast.

Chili’s is one of my favorite chain restaurants along with Yard House. I particularly love their 2 for 1 drinks and the free chips and salsa when you sit at the bar. Whenever I am in Miami, I love inviting my mom out for drinks and some appetizers and we usually come to Chili’s just because it’s our thing.
Anyhow, I’ve been to many different locations but this one is by far the worst one. The Dadeland location is probably your best bet; I’ve never truly had a bad experience there. I like this Kendall location simply because it is closer to home but the service is so terrible that it makes the drive to Dadeland worth it.
I realized that this location got a makeover. I was hoping that included both the interiors and exteriors as well as the service. However, it remains as bad as it always was.
During our most recent visit, it took about 2.5 hours from the moment we sat down to the point we paid. About 1 whole hour was simply waiting for the waiter to come to our table to take our order. I’m not really picky about service, however this experience was truly awful to the point that it got in the way of the experience. We sat at our table for about 20 minutes before we were even able to order the drinks, and then 20 minutes later we were able to place our food order. Our waiter would come to our table every 20 minutes or so, even to bring our food.
First, when it came to the appetizers, we had to keep reminding him to actually bring them. We asked him multiple times for ranch, and he kept forgetting. When they finally reached our table, we didn’t even have utensils. Second, my brother didn’t even get the soup/​salad that comes with the lunch menu. We asked him and he said that he hadn’t charged us for it; however it is included in the price!
Third, my husband ordered the guacamole burger as a substitution for the bacon burger from the 2 for $ 20 since he doesn’t eat pork. When the burger came, it had everything the guacamole burger was supposed to have PLUS the bacon, lol. The waiter was nice enough to take it back and bring him a whole new burger in the record time of 10 minutes.
Indeed, the food is okay as it is in any other Chili’s, though the service does get in the way. The service is terrible, but if you have lots of patience and willing to wait 3 hours to complete your meal, then do come here. Thank God for the new system they have on their tables that allows you to pay once you’re done, otherwise we would have had to wait another hour to pay.
Next time, I’m definitely skipping out of this location. Last and final time.

Took a break from home organizing and got lunch with my prego friend. We were seated almost right away which is awesome for a Saturday because Chilis is always packed I find. It was lovely to see they upgraded and remodeled the whole restaurant. I’m feeling this new look, nice clean lines and modern, has a nice much more open feeling to it. Once seated we viewed our menu and saw they had tasteful new items. I ordered the margherita flatbread and Nike had the chicken quesadillas with no bacon. She loved her quesadillas and the spicy dressing it came with. Now me on the other hand I wasn’t to impressed. First off it looked like a dry piece of Friday school pizza and had barely any tomato or basil, I wanted to send it back but I was so hungry I decided to eat it. Once I added some pepper and hot sauce I decided it was okay. I usually have there Chipotle chicken flatbread which is delish so was a bit disappointed by this one I tried. Anyhow been coming here for years, mainly all the experiences are great so I won’t let this one time change my mind about coming here. They have a good variety of different menu and drink options so I’m sure I’ll be back to eat and drink again. Parking can be some bit of a mission but been coming here so long it’s expected. Anyhow parking farther helps burn the calories just consumed.

After a year since the last time I was here there’s been an overhaul on the outside and inside. This place deserved a makeover and it was long overdue.
The tile tables are gone! No more grime and leftover food getting stuck between tiles! The outside has a huge bright sign that’s visible from far away. Much better than before.
Went in with a group of 4 friends. Sat down by the bar and our server was very nice, friendly and even though my friends can be outspoken the server was cool.
Ordered a rum and coke with Captain Morgan. Was informed they no longer carry Captain Morgan. What??? Okay, so I order a cranberry vodka with Ketel One. So the server suggests I settle with the well vodka as its two for one and cheaper than just one Ketel One drink. Against my better judgement I do it. Both drinks arrive. As I expected, I didn’t like the vodka. The shocker was the amount of liquor the bartender poured. You’d think I’d asked for a splash of grenadine if you saw it. Two drinks and both were too strong. It’s not that it didn’t taste well but its just plain irresponsible! Sent it back and stuck with the just one cranberry and Ketel One. Server comes back, tells me they don’t have Ketel One… Uhh, what? Okay, so I asked for Smirnoff. No Smirnoff. I give up. I’m not going to get a decent drink I like so I settle for a mango margarita on the rocks and one frozen. The frozen one tastes better but its a sweet drink and I didn’t expect anything great.
For food I order the appetizer sampler that comes with 3 smaller portions of different appetizers. I get the boneless buffalo chicken double and egg rolls. The food was good. Buffalo didn’t seem to have much meat but it wasn’t bad. Buffalo was hot but not too spicy either. The egg rolls were also good. A good choice if you’re not sure what to eat.
Overall, the bar really let me down and its just irresponsible what they’re doing. Server was the highlight of the night. Again appetizer was really good, definitely try those if you’re indecisive. Would not come back for drinks and really, that’s what people go to Chilli’s for at night. I wouldn’t come to Chilli’s just to eat.

Gave this place another shot bc again, it’s my mother in law’s favorite. This time the apps took long and they forgot my sister in law’s water but the waiter was nice and helped us save money by hooking up two ppl in the group with the two for twenty instead of separate entrees. Ask for Tony! He hooked it up for us :)

Its Chili’s. you know the place. you know the food.

This place has turned into a factory. The customer service is bad. I ordered the shrimp pasta and it tasted like those frozen Michelina dinners! As I went to the bathroom I almost slipped because the floor was Full of their chips and it was greasy! The bathroom was not clean either!
I guess what keeps people coming back are the two for one drinks, but not me, not worth the bad food! The waitress was kind and the chips and guacamole are good but, that’s it! I don’t recommend This particular Chillis!

The location has gone though a renovation and looks great. Much more modern and it melds the bar and restaurant areas so that anyone sitting on the right side of the restaurant can watch the TVs. Sadly, they have not placed the same attention to detail in other areas.
However, service is always spotty at best. On our last visit the kitchen sent out the wrong order and nothing was even done to correct the error. Our server just said «they didn’t even apologize»… that really does nothing to fix my problem. We were in a hurry, so we didn’t bother to call the manager, which was MIA for over an hour.
As usual, the bathroom was gross. Towels everywhere, wet countertops, leaky toilet water on the floor and a bit of a sewer smell. Try to hold it if you can.
As for the food. I happen to like it a lot, which is why I end up coming back. I’m a big fan of their boneless buffalo wings, chicken enchiladas and the carnitas fajitas.

This place was PACKED on a Sunday night.
We were attended at a decent time frame but waited at the front for a hostess to show up (nobody was there for a hello). There were people streaming in and it seemed as if we will never get a table. The restaurant was filthy and waiters were running around.
Luckily service was quick, food was served before we forgot what we had ordered (ever have a long wait time that you question your order?), and the drinks were brimming at the tip!
Not coming back here, each table seemed taken and the amount of people there was ridiculous. And again I question the cleanliness of this place, don’t know if they fully deep clean this place.

Waiter: Cody out did himself! Very attentive! Everything was perfect.
Our food: delicious! We had a little bit of everything in our group.
And the mango margaritas were superb!
Very kid friendly as well.

So I was eating my enchilada soup and as I was taking one of my last bites I bit into a thumbtack. I posted a picture of the thumbtack. Thanks Chilis. That thumbtack was tasty. Maybe I should try nails next time.

I don’t really know how to judge my rating for this place. But I give this place five stars for customer service so let me start with that. My experience here today was amazing, one of the best waiters I’ve had and I’m sad I didn’t get his name. But man he killed it. Very efficient, right to the point for us because he knew how hungry we were. I love people who have a sense of urgency, even though it was our decision to go out. we hadn’t eaten all day and it was that type of situation where we were out all day with no food and finally found the closest restaurant. This waiter was very self aware and that makes him very aware of others, naturally.
I ordered the spicy buffalo boneless wings bc im kind of on an all protein kick right now even though I’m vegetarian most the time and vegan other days. I have a feeling these chicken bites were a frozen meal type of deal. The buffalo sauce isn’t my favorite but I like the consistency of the chicken, no fat. This was from the appetizer section and it was under 10 dollars.
My partner ordered the new tex mex style bowls they have. He loved it, he said it seemed very home made to him. This dish was under 10 dollars.
This place was crowded at the time we went. Around 4 and the lunch specials had just finished so I was a little bummed. The party sitting next to us were very obnoxious and loud watching a sports game. We were no where near the bar so it was frustrating and I couldn’t hear myself think (that type of loud) this has nothing to do with the restaurant though because the customers are «always right» even the loud, annoying (can’t wait til they leave) ones.
None the less, would like to thank Chillis and our super rad waiter for his service today.
