Not sure what everyone’s complaints are, but I’ll tell you this, if you’re going to bitch about being charged the gratuity, and paying a little more for your drinks and or food, 7th Street(in the thick of everything) on Ocean Drive isn’t for you. You can eat at pita pit down the street on Collins. I thought the food was excellent, I thought the service was amazing, the servers were gorgeous! Both Felicia and Kaya were absolutely beautiful! It’s what I expected to have partying on South Beach on a Friday and Saturday night! Definitely recommend going!

The other negative reviewers are crazy. First off, the prices for cocktails are clearly listed on the bottom of the menu. Second, 2 for 1 at $ 19 averages much lower than other places on Ocean drive. Third, the drinks are AWESOME. Plenty of booze. Tasty and fun. Fourth, you can order different drinks for your second drink — how awesome is that? !? We ordered appetizers: the Ceviche and the Prosciutto & mozzarella. Both were impressive portions. The Ceviche was delicious. Zero complaints. Only positives. The bathrooms were a tad sketchy, but they are below ground in Florida, so what do you expect. I’d come back in a heartbeat.

We were a group of five, we were able to sit outside near a heater. Perfect Our server, Andres came over immediately with menus. He introduced himself and made us laugh. We felt we picked a great place to eat. He kindly explained the two for one deal, we ordered. While our drinks were being made he took our dinner selections. He was very friendly, which is a value asset in this industry. I strongly feel your happiness at work comes out in your sincere approach and demeanor. We all enjoyed the selection of drinks and food. He even stopped to check on us several times which was appreciated . We wanted to include him in our vacation memories, we asked to take a picture with him. I give Andres a five star!!! BRAVO!

I hate places that include the gratuity. This is no exception. We had breakfast. First place to only serve two pancakes for $ 10. They were small too. My wife ordered eggs and well done sausage. The breakfast was to come with marmalade according to menu. No marmalade. Sent the sausage back to be cooked more and it took for ever. No one came to ask us if we wanted more coffee or how our meal was. Stay away.

The mixed drinks in a goblet is ridiculously priced at $ 25/each. A couple seated at the next table warned us about this scam. The buy one get one wine was a good deal at happy hour. Ask for the price up front so you don’t become a sucker & enjoy the good music on the patio. Cheers!

First of all, the charges for the food are astronomical. Secondly, they lure you in with a buy one get one free drink. Thirdly, the service is horrendous. I want everyone to know this place is a scam.

TRUST the other reviews. Came here on a whim since my colleague wanted to go here(I wanted to explore more options but I think he was getting hangry). Anywho, he got suckered into a black hole of all of the restaurants that are lined up along Ocean Drive(big tourist trap btw). My colleague and I got the surf and turf. The steak wasn’t all that great and the lobster was just meh. My colleague, on the other hand, loved it(I guess he doesn’t have a great taste palette). Don’t fall for this black hole and get suckered into this. Food was way too pricey for what you get and the drinks are MASSIVE but are sugared filled. No thanks.

Came here just for drinks and my review would be the same as it was for Primetime. I’m actually positive it’s owned by the same parent company(or person). We got the same two for one drink special and free sex on the beach shots. Lol. The server, Cecilia, was phenomenal though. Initially, I really wasn’t impressed with my drink, but she was really intentional about making sure we were satisfied, which I really appreciated. Nothing spectacular about this place, but they get 5 stars for the good drinks(after the 3rd try lol) and great service.

The host is super nice and not aggressive unlike like the rest of the restaurants. We were offered 15% and 2 for one drink. We ordered the Seafood paella and spaghetti carbonara and there were really good. Our waitress was friendly and attentive. However, we would definitely not come back to this place because of the extra service charge. Only deserved 1 star as the restaurant automatically charge you 19% service charge and the waiter gets only 5% and the rest goes to restaurant. We had to tip extra to the waitress as she got only 5%. What a ripped off.

Wow! Yes, a little pricy BUT my margarita was huge and the seafood spaghetti was phenomenal! Service was a little slow but I was fine with that as all I wanted to do was relax, drink my margarita and enjoy the view.

Discusted The worst service I’ve had. First it took 45 minutes to get breakfast. It wasn’t even very busy there. And then when we complained about how long it took, the server said that she would try and talk to her manager to come back and speak with us. The manager never showed up. I never got the drink that I ordered and told the waitress that. And by the time our food came and by the way the waffles were burned. I didn’t even want my drink anymore. The server said she discussed the situation with her manager who again never showed up to speak with us and the manager just told her to give us a 20% discount. I told the server that I was going to help this. She shrugged and said she didn’t care and then she actually proceeded to get into an argument with us saying to us that she doesn’t understand people like us. She also said that she was pregnant and did not want to argue. I told her not to talk to us anymore The managers name was Carolina.

The pros: good espresso and great location for people watching The cons: painfully slow service, average French toast, breakfast syrup instead of maple syrup(false advertising)… First and last time here.

We were on the hunt for a place that still serves breakfast after noon. We arrived and were told we had 3 mins to order, which was all we needed, before the kitchen closed. Belgium waffle– perfect size and great for sharing! Cut in 4 pieces topped with strawberries and blackberries and whip and syrup on the side. Egg white omelet– good. Egg white omelets never really have too much taste anyways. The potatoes however, are AMAZING! It comes as a side and I’m not sure what they put in it… But it was fantastic!!! It’s served in a skillet! Nice presentation. It was also happy hour, go figure! We ordered he large size for $ 20 it was a buy one get one… In other words… A better deal. We wanted pineapple mimosas, which at first was served with ice??? Obviously not a standard we are use to. The next round I asked for light pineapple and received it with no ice!!! Perfect*** It’s located right on ocean drive and there’s nice reggae/Cuban music playing and a lot of people watching!!!

Decided to have a breakfast with my fiancé at this restaurant. We have been in the search for a good breakfast place since we came from Chicago and this place proclaimed organic eggs. We where rather impressed with the food, far from being the best, those honors still lie with a small breakfast restaurant in Chicago called Over East Café, but it was the best we have found in south Florida to date. So why the 1 star? There is a mandatory 18% gratuity on all checks, that is not enough to get the 1 star, however a server that ends up over writing on the additional tip and giving herself an almost 50% tip does. As does the questionable practices of management. I had to go back to this restaurant only to be informed that it was probably an error inputting the tip. I then asked to see the receipt to which I received a response that the waitress was not here and so they did not have the receipt. They finally provided a scanned copy which clearly showed the waitress changing my numbers to give herself a higher tip. I went back the next day to see if I could talk to the general manager, I was told he was going to be there to reprimand the waitress. Turns out I wasted that trip because he was on vacation. The manager which has been named on Unilocal before as the manager was all of a sudden just filling in and could not give me the contact info to the general manager or owner. But promised they would call me. It has been a couple weeks they never did call me and the actions of this manager, the continuous insistence that the waitress just miss read the numbers and my need to repeat how ridiculous it is considering the number she changed it to would not be close to what I wrote. It just seems very fishy. I don’t think they expected me to actually reside within driving distance. They can still call me, but I doubt they will and I am unsure if the manager did share the concerns with upper management or if the waitress was indeed reprimanded. If you come here, pay cash. Avoid using debit or credit. It’s safer that way. What hurts the most about this experience is that after finding a decent place we feel we cannot eat there anymore.

I stayed in the South Beach area for six nights and seven days. Before even flying to Miami, I have been warned that Miami/South Beach can be very expensive. This place ended up being next door to my hotel. Their happy hour includes 2×1 drinks(which is very common in Ocean Drive) and their $ 10 meals.(The happy hour is available everyday, but I was told by a waitress one night that they can change out of the specials anytime depending if the place is busy or not.) For someone on a budget, I really enjoyed their food. I thought it was delicious and the staff is very accomodating. I mostly ordered from the $ 10 specials and I have no complaints whatsoever. We almost ate there every night. The churasco steak with black bean and rice was delicious as well as their pasta with mussells. My niece was obsessed with their chicken currry. The Hawaiian pizza is a good size and not shy of ham and pineapples! Keep in mind, all of this for $ 10, you have to be there at the right time. For $ 25 we had their lobster and steak with mashed potatoes, it was worth the money. To top it off, one of the gentlemen found out it was our last night there, he gave my niece a free dessert of her choice.

***AVOID!*** I wish I could give zero stars or less. Terrible service. Waited for nearly and hour for our food. We left before it turned up. AVOID!

It’s very hard to find great, attentive, helpful, intuitive servers/service on South Beach. The day has come in which I have experienced such outstanding service. Thank you Ms E. Judit. We ordered the Seafood Grill which is advertised to feed two however if you are hungry or have a decent appetite it will truly feed one. With two people eating one meal you feel like you get a little sample of everything versus dinner. We also ordered the whole Fried Snapper meal. All the food was adequate in preparation and taste and provided the nutrition required. I ordered a mango martini but returned it because it was too sweet. Judit was very understanding and prompt with responding to this issue. We went on a Sunday around 8:00pm and they had 2⁄1 drinks and 20% off. If you ever go to this place ask for Ms E Judit. She makes it worth your while. I can’t give it four or five stars because there was nothing special about the food, ambiance or the drinks.

I would never return here for the simple fact that they impose a 19% «service fee» upon their customers. Shame on them and shame on the Miami District Attorney for not prohibiting such practices as I understand this is not authorized by law.

Got sucked into the 2 – 1 drink deal and ordered a Caipirinha. It tasted like rubbing alcohol! No way was that Cachaca. Told her to take it back and I left. Better off going to a real bar or restaurant and paying $ 13 for a real drink which is just about the same with their«deal».
