My visit to this location has been less than satisfactory the last 2 times. I won’t be back. The plates were warm (they’re supposed to be frosty cold). And the salad dressing was warm too. Disgusting and probably not okay by any means with the health department.

My boyfriend and I came here today to have lunch and as soon as we walked in he commented on the bad smell. It wasn’t bothersome to me but I could smell a funk. We got our trays, and grabbed plates. We served ourself from the salad bar first. The handles to everything were filthy. Serving tongs & dressing containers. My boyfriend slipped on some greasy stuff on the floor, he didn’t fall but lost his balance. When we came to the table we chose we realized it was all sticky too! We both enjoyed the food but the place was nasty, there was sticky stuff all on the floor on all the serving utensils and then the mess where my bf almost fell. He told me when we left that we won’t ever be coming here again :/

Eeeh… Food is ok. Not the best. Ive gone to other locations and had more variety and better service. Our waiter rarely came by… We paid extra for chicken and it was nasty… Had not been to SS in a while and now I remember why…

They’ve seemed to have improved their salad bar & added more options which I like. Nice casual buffet with lots of options we like. The cranberry dressing is my fav for the salads!

I used to lover Souper Salad, but it seems every time I go back I like it less. The one that is currently the closest is the one in Mesquite, Tx off of Town East Blvd. Most of the time we go they are out of food or the frozen yogurt machine is broken. Despite having options the salad is sub par. I can get a better quality salad at a couple fast food chains that are better. We just looked at the ceiling and saw caked on dust on the fans and sprinkler tiles, which is less than appetizing. If I had to guess id say it’s been 6 months since their last cleaning. I guess the story is for the price it’s a great deal, but this location is lack luster compared to the others.

Clean and fresh, helpful staff, and yummy food. There’s a laid back vibe so I wouldn’t go there if I were in a hurry, but it’s a great place to get great healthier food for a great price.

We went here on 10÷31÷12 around 5 P.M. to eat. There was about 6 or 7 people in there when we got there. We stood at the cash register for 5 minutes before someone showed up, too late then. Plus, the place has a bad smell, like the carpet is moldy.
