After 16 years in Fountain Hills and 5 AC companies I called Weather Masters when my air conditioner quit one late night on a weekend. They showed up when scheduled, fixed the problem, cleaned up and charged half what I was expecting. I have recommended them to family and friends with no complaints. I found them knowledgeable, fast, dependable, honest, and courteous.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. During the installation of a new system, they broke one of the wires that go between the heat pump and the thermostat. There was a spare wire in the bundle so then next day a serviceman was able to get the system working correctly. He wrote me a bill (later they canceled) explaining the problem. I think they should replace the wire bundle. They think it’s working and that’s enough.
