Good price, but dont renew the warranty automatically, you have to call them to renew. Don’t know if the chemicals they put in is working. …had service for 3 years… termites still there (or kept coming back). Then he also told me cuz I got furniture and stuff in there, so they had hard time to reach some of the areas inside (could of told me when he was there the 1st time)…will give someone else a try this time…
