Unitech Exterminating

Really like these guys. Good customer service. Very fast and affordable. Highly recommend. Roger has been very pleasant on both visits to our house.

When we bought our house last summer, Unitech Exterminating did the initial termite warranty, which had no issues with scheduling, showing up on time, etc. Now a year later, we are due for renewal, and unfortunately could say quite the opposite. Getting them to actually answer their phone during business hours has been quite the trick. Once we were able to speak with someone and get on the schedule, it seemed fine, until I realized a few days before we would not be home at the scheduled time and needed to reschedule. Again, I called their office multiple times before someone answered the phone. The receptionist assured me we had been rescheduled for a later time on the same day originally scheduled. Not so. I get a call from them just after the original scheduled time saying the guy was at my house, and getting no answer. They never put the reschedule into the technician’s schedule… nor did he come back at the rescheduled time of day either. Now, I need to reschedule with them again, and what do you know? No one will answer the phone. There’s bound to be another termite warranty company in the Valley ready to answer the phone and accept my business… I think I’ll continue the search!

Had them do my termite inspection on a house I was going to buy. Found out that among other things with the house, it had a mild termite issue to boot. Showed up on time, willing to walk around and show the problem areas and concerns and explain the most efficient treatment so that even if we didn’t go through them we knew what to ask the competitors.

You know how sometimes you do business with a company, and you can just tell they have their stuff completely together? That’s the impression I got from Unitech. Long story I’ll try to keep short– the seller of my house was supposed to complete a termite treatment. They got an inspection (from a different company, not Unitech) and then led me to believe that it had been done. I discovered it had not. I got the seller to make good like they were supposed to, and they (luckily for me) went with Unitech for the actual treatment. I was a little concerned that when Unitech showed up they might not know everything that was happening– they might not have the old inspection report, they might not understand why the check was from someone else… None of that occurred. They knew exactly what the situation was and got to work with amazing efficiency. I’m no termite expert, but I can tell when people know what they’re doing and that they care. I would highly recommend Unitech for your exterminating needs.

This company is exceptional! Their customer service, responsiveness and work are first rate. We have been customers for 9 years and could not be more pleased.

Roger and Steve were great, my house was crawling with little bugs and I called at 11:00 and they were there by 1:00. They treated the home and I haven’t seen a bug since. Roger called few days later to follow up. If bugs return I would definately call them again,
