I wish we had read the prior review on here before getting our floors done by this company. We have had a very similar experience. Over a course of over two months, our floors have still not been fixed. Now, after a third(!) time out, they look worse than ever! There are actually new stains that weren’t on there before! And you can see where the roller didn’t evenly apply the top coat in lines(like when you run out of paint in a roller and it shows the roller lines). Since the beginning of this project, I’ve shown them pictures, in person examples, post its on the problem areas, emails, and had multiple conversations. I’m not sure how much more I could communicate with these people. The first two times, they covered nothing in my home and the place was covered in two inches of dust. No apologies from their owner when I pointed this out. Last night I called the project manager Gabriel to let him know. He said he’d call me right back and still haven’t heard a word. I could go on and on with examples of their poor customer service. Their receptionist, Caitlin, is the only one there with any fraction of customer service skills. They are unreliable, unresponsive and unprofessional. Long story short– I’d recommend taking your business elsewhere.

We hired them to restore the stain on our stamped concrete patio. We showed a picture of what it looked previously and that was what we were wanting to get back to. Well after they rescheduled several times and came out to re-stain the concrete. It did not cover it and instead left colored spots all over the patio. The said the only way to fix it was to go with a solid paint. Well after picking out the color it was nothing more than what looks like wall paint rolled on to the patio. Needless to say we have made several calls and attempts to get this resolved and haven’t had anyone come out. Now our patio looks worse than what it did to begin with and we are out a $ 1000. Don’t do business with them. If they resolve this issue, we will delete this post.
