My husband and I just moved to the Mesa, Arizona area and needed a bed for our guest room. We saw the MattressFIRM store located nearby our home and decided to explore further. We found a great, friendly, knowledgeable sales person. She definitely knew about mattresses and differences between the products. The prices were very competitive. We purchased a queen mattress and two days later it was delivered by a courteous service team.

My wife and I purchased a bed from this place. Due to our difference in comfort we were not satisfied with the bed. The salesperson that helped us (Deedee) helped us exchange it for another bed every time with no problems. They want you to be happy with the purchase and will exchange it for you if you are not 100% satisfied. They have a 100 day satisfaction policy. Same day delivery most times, if not the next day.
