in response to the owner’s comments after my first review:
Richard, you never called me back nor did you ever leave a message. For you to claim otherwise is patently untrue. My floor is not uneven. The product you sold me was either poorly installed or assembled. Either way, with no communication from you I was forced to solve the problem on my own. If the issues was so simple that «a shim» could solve it, why didn’t your installers do it? Why did they tell me that I needed to have carpet for the bed to work properly? Regardless of what you claim here, you did not stand behind your product.

I was referred here by a friend when I mentioned that I was trying to figure out a way to free up space in my daughters room. I was a little skeptical at first, thinking these would be too complicated to operate. I was greeted promptly by a very friendly sales associate. I was shown some storage beds and Murphy bed (wall beds). I decided to go with a storage bed and have not regretted it. Delivery was on time and they didn’t even complain about the stairs or the fact my dogs kept getting in the way. I definitely recommend stopping by to at least look at their stuff, it’s pretty cool.
