This place is huge! 2 floors of super clean storage units, all inside, climate control, plenty of room through the hallways. Hector and Cameron are an amazing team and wonderful to work with. Great rates and I never have to sweat it here, literally.

I’m overall happy with my experience.. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I gave it 4 stars because I reserved my storage online then the next day I went in to see it and it was very clean and what I needed. I wasn’t ready to pay for it yet but I was informed by the guy there that I could reserve it without paying for 7 days. So it had only been two days. I planned on coming back in two days to pay for it. Instead I missed a courtesy call from them and they decided to just cancel my reservation. Even though I had already talked to them on the phone and in person. I just happened to miss the courtesy call and they just canceled it. I just happened to check my email that day and got an email that it was canceled and there was only one unit left. If I hadn’t checked my email I just would have been without a storage and I was moving in two days. Could have went really bad. I called them immediately and they saw that it was canceled but no one could explain why. No one seemed to know who or why it was canceled. Luckily no one had gotten it so I was able to reserve it again. Other than that it was a good experience.

Reserved unit online and quickly received a follow up call from Hector. He was pleasant and helpful. I went down to the store that day and he had me all set up in no time at all. Great customer service.

Extra space storage is the cleanest, friendliest and most secure storage unit I’ve had. They called me right away when my door wasn’t close right, and called me when my payment didn’t go through. They also have some good deals online! I recommend it to everyone! Thank you Hector for the good deals!

Very clean facilities. Hector is very helpful and courteous. Good move-​in deals offered if you sign up online. The continued cost is a little more than some other facilities but the indoor, temperature controlled facility makes it worth it.

We needed a storage unit on short notice. I reserved a unit on their web site and within minutes I got a call from Hector. Wow! He was very helpful both on the phone and when we checked in. He made sure we saw the unit first and explained the details. Good job Hector!
