Justin Munoz came on short notice to perform a heating/cooling inspection for a potential home purchase. He was extremely thorough and professional. He explained every possible issue with the climate system and solutions to fix or prevent future problems. I would recommend him to anyone needing expert heating/cooling work. He was very honest and personable.

NEVER buy a home warranty from Home Life Protection. They seem to only honor your repair requests if they are minor. Anything costly gets denied, like my A/C and my pool pump. They also will only send EXPERTMECHANICAL to do the repairs. Why? Because they are owned by the same persons, Dennis and Nicole Roehl. Check these companies out on BBB. Home Life has 21 complaints against them with BBB. Expert Mechanical has only one complaint but 7 negative reviews. Expert Mechanical in Nevada(same company, same owner) just had a Disciplinary Hearing with the NV State Contractors Board.

Justin Munos was great! Not only did he do what he came to do, he cleaned our coils too. But that’s not all. He noticed that we had low pressure in our water lines, something that we had started to be plagued with recently, so he set us up to have a plummer from Expert Mech come out to work on our pressure regulator. We want Justin to get a big THANKS from us!

If you are dealing with Expert Mechanical via Homelife Warranty and are having issues as I have, oddly they have the same address… which tells me they are working together to not pay claims! The more I read the long list of frustrated clients from different complaint sites and Unilocal the more passionate I am getting about this. I have been without A/C for a month and a half on one side of my house and have tried to be patient and do everything Homelife has requested me to do including getting two outside opinions and providing proof of maintenance. Expert Mechanical sent out three guys who each had some other excuse as to why the AC wasnt working, including electrical. An electrical company came out and said… NOITSACFORSURE! My two outside AC opinions stated clearly that the whole condensing unit needs to be replaced. Fishy that Homelife and Expert work together. Therefore, I am taking them both to court and going to 3 On Your Side. I believe there is a class action law suit here with everyone stating the same thing! I called Expert Mechanical because my heater went out and all I was getting is cold air blowing out of my vents. Lauren answered the phone and helped send out a tech to solve my dilemma. She was very helpful and professional. When Mike arrived he was very thorough and explained everything so a mechanically declined person such as myself could understand. All in all everything went smoothly and the cost was very reasonable. Thank you again.
