Horrible company, left my house a disaster! Impossible to get a returned call from ANYONE! Cody was very helpful, but it didn’t make up for Andrew being very obnoxious and overall unpleasant. WOULDN’T recommend to anyone.

I had water damage to my closet and the A/​C people recommended EHS Restoration. It has taken them 2 months to make the repairs. They billed the insurance company to replace the entire closet floor but only patched it. I provided the flooring for repair and their crew botched the job by not measuring correctly. They cut into every board in the box. Every invoice they have sent me has charges for the flooring, despite me providing the flooring. What company tries to charge the consumer for the flooring materials when the consumer provided those materials? When the floor had to be repaired a second time, I was told that I would have to pay for both the flooring and the labor for the second repair to fix the botch 1^st repair. They have not proven to be an honest company to deal with and both times only patched the floor after charging for a complete floor replacement. I may have to take legal action to work this out since they continue to insist that I pay for the second repair. I would not recommend anyone using this company!

If you ever need a dependable and trustworthy restoration company, EHS is it! After one of our horrible monsoon storms I had a leak in my upstairs bathroom, I called EHS and they were there within the hour. Their crew was professional and very thorough. They had my leak fixed before it could do anymore damage and kept my stress level down. Many thanks to team EHS!

Rodger came to our home today to patch the area in our ceiling where the AC company had to open up the area to replace some equipment in the attic that goes with air conditioner replacement. Rodger was prompt, very clean, friendly and did a great job patching the ceiling. EHS works with was ACE Home Services and we could not be happier with their recommendation. Thank you for your help. Everything looks great. We will keep this company in mind should we need any future home restoration.

I really did like the customer service of this company. I did not have to get huffy one single time. They showed up quick, listened to my needs and took care of business. The only reason I cant go 5 stars is that it took 3 weeks to wrap things up from start to finish. Maybe that is the norm, maybe they are really popular or just super busy because they are so customer service oriented and well liked. They even did some side work for me that was not related to my insurance claim. Great job and I cannot deny these guys kudos !!!

I apparently had mold in my house… They were at my house in thirty minutes. I really didn’t have to do anything with the whole process. They were fast, professional, and cleaned up after the mess. It was overall a stress free experience.
