Dry Force Water Removal Specialists

I was referred to Dry Force by the plumber that came out to repair my water heater leak. My garage was flooded and I had two rooms affected which included cabinetry. Dry Force came out for a free assessment and did not push me into doing anything that was not necessary. I ended up filing a claim with my homeowner’s insurance and they were billed directly. My insurance adjuster had worked with Dry Force before which worked out perfect. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone as they completed the entire job from the dry out to the rebuild.

Do not… I repeat do not use this company or any of its affiliates!!! As the multiple reviews state these guys are crooks! Literally! We now have missing jewelry and prescription medication and no one at Dry Force seems to care. They are not doing an internal investigation they are only willing to work with the police. I can understand not wanting to acuse people but beware of a company that does not perform internal investigations or drug testing after such allegations have been made. So… now we are having to work with the police. Crooks! California’s company may be better based on the reviews that did get more than 1 star but stay away from the group in AZ. If I could give 0 stars I would!

My nighmare started out with Cole Plumbing service guy, he recommend DryForce and Cleanup/​On Time Restoration both of these company are from Arizona. They must get kickback from each other for their services. They lie on the cheat you out of thousand of dollars. Cole plumbing charged over 3 Thousand for reroute hot water line. I receivced a bill from Clean/​On Time Restoration for another 3 thousand dollars and few days latter I recieved a notice of lien against my propery for this service. They claimed the insurance will pay for all their work… SInce their price are rediculous and you will be stuck with the bill…

Dry Force California was referred to me by Cole Plumbing in Garden Grove, CA after I had an in slab water leak that soaked water into the walls around our dining room. The team that showed up did a great job using moisture detectors to figure out exactly what portion of the dry wall in the walls was okay which needed to be removed. Then they set up the dryers to prevent mold and dry out the walls.
The service guys were friendly and they didn’t damage anything else while they were working. The reconstruction and paint job looks like new. During the rebuild of the wall, the front door frame adjusted a bit and made the dead bolt on the front door stickier but they also fixed that afterward and now the front door is working fine. I recommend them for any water damage to walls. My property insurance company agreed to pay the amount they were asking so I assume their cost was reasonable.
