The front office staff is the worst. Got here 15 min before my appointment and took them 30 min to check me in with 3 people working the front desk a one other patient in the waiting area and my spot was for 8:30 in the morning so it’s not like they were backed up. Then you sit in the back 15 more minutes waiting for the doctor who is sitting out in the hall reading charts in his laptop, who them spends the entire time he is in with you on the laptop. I have never seen a doctor send that much time on a laptop instead of looking or interacting with a patient. If he looked up 3 times in the 10 minutes he spent with me I would be shocked.

The facility is clean and well tended, and hardly appears busy. The Doctors (I’ve met) have been pleasant and the staff as well. However I would have to say I’ve been rather disappointed at this location. Scheduling an appointment in a timely manner doesn’t appear to be an option here. On three occasions the soonest I could have an appointment was between two weeks and two months. A Doctor I can’t see before an illness progresses to something worse is not a physician I can rely on. I will be changing my primary physician as soon as possible.

Dr Reagnart is very nice. But disappointed that I left 2 messages to call me back and never heard from her. My appt was the day prior, and I had forgotten to give her info. Disappointed. .especially since I’m a nurse with Banner!!!
