I absolutely loved All American Remodeling, LLC. When we set out looking for a contractor to fix our upstairs bathroom we contacted over 10. Five of them responded but Rachel and Jim were by far the most prompt and professional. They came over to take a look at the space to give an estimate, showed them some pictures, and we worked out a budget. Rachel got us the initial offer the very next day. We did have one more contractor appointment but ended up cancelling with them because we liked Rachel and Jim that much. I cannot emphasis how awesome they are from the beginning to the end. All costs were broken down and separately stated, they answered all of my questions and concerns. They are both on the dot on time. Our renovations ran into the Thanksgiving weekend so it did take a little longer but it was no big deal cause working with them was so pleasant. In between the renovation we had a small continuous leak that my husband was unable to fix, we called Jim and he was able to squeeze us into his day and came right that day! I was so thankful for that. Shortly after our bathroom was fixed we had a leak in our unit, we were not sure if it was the new bathroom so we called Jim right away and he came the very next day to make sure. It was NOT the new bathroom but the drainage pipe, we are an upstairs unit, so Homeowners Association fixed this issue because it was a shared line. Getting back to my point, I was so nervous we had another leak but after Jim came and looked through things for us I felt much better. He has been so helpful with every plumbing situation we have had. He is super detail oriented and our bathroom came out beautiful. We will definitely use them for all our future home projects.

We recently had our bathroom remodeled by All American Remodeling. Jim Lubay Contractor. We have nothing but high praise for Jim and his sub contractors! They show up ON TIME, which is very important to us, they were here until the job was completed, not here for one day and gone for two, another important fact.
Dave, Gil and Alan were also very good. The whole group was very trustworthy, cleaned up when done for the day, and Jim was very fair with his prices even when we had them to a few extra things.

Jim just did a travertine mural for me. From the onset he was great. He worked with the tile store to insure the materials were properly ordered. He picked the materials up. His work was wonderful. He’s neat and very considerate. I would highly recommend him without any reservations. I will definitely use him for any upcoming jobs.

Since meeting Jim, we have never had a reason to hire someone else. He shows up when he says he will, he charges fairly for the work he does, and he cleans up better than any other contractor we have hired, including vacuuming floors and wiping down work areas. The quality and attention to detail he provides is matched by very few. For example, if a (I’m making this up) spec says a pressurized line needs to drop no more than 2 psi over 12 hours, he makes sure it doesn’t drop any over 24 hours. His work always goes beyond the bare minimum and he truly cares about what his customers think of the final work. In the few cases something has not worked as planned, he has returned promptly to fix it, always warranting his work. We have referred him to several friends of ours and all of them have been very pleased with his work.
