If I could give a negative star I would. Apparently, they pick and choose who is worthy enough to be waited on. I was not fortunate enough to be worthy. I went in last Saturday, with a check engine light on. As I walked in, the Service Manager saw me walking in and made it blatantly obvious he was trying to avoid eye contact with me. I pretty much had to force him to wait on me. They ran a diagnostic on my car, I was told that it could take an hour to an hour and a half. 1 hour and 45 minutes later I walked out of the waiting room, where again, the Service Manager saw me walking towards him and made it obvious that he was trying to avoid me. And once again, I had to force him to wait on me. He then told me that he would call me first thing Monday morning with a quote on how much everything was going to cost. Monday Morning came, and went. Monday afternoon, I called and left a message. Monday afternoon came and went with no return call. Same thing happened on Tuesday, and Wednesday. My business is now at another company’s garage. And I will be making sure that everyone I know, knows about this bad experience that I encountered.

Worst shopping experience ever. Went to buy a passenger side rear view replacement mirror for my Dad’s 2002 Honda Accord. They did not have it in stock but will have the next day if I bought it now which I did. Cost $ 17.00. I asked if someone could pop it in since it is literally a «pop in mirror». I was told, not a problem. Have my Dad come in to pick it and and someone from next door, VIP Auto Center(same building and address) will pop it in for a «nominal» fee. My Dad, who is 80 years old, goes in to pick it up and walks into VIP Auto Center to get it popped in and was told first to return it to O’Reilly Auto Parts. VIP Auto Center will then sell my Dad the same part and installed it for $ 71.00. You can decide if this is a scam, price gouging, or just your everyday taking advantage of senior citizens. My Dad turns down the offer and returns home and tells me about what had just happened. I was furious. I popped the mirror in myself in 30 seconds. I immediately call both business to give them a piece of my mind. Of course excuses where given that it was just a big misunderstanding. Ya right! I can just imagine how many times they have done this to unsuspecting customers.
