Sat for over an hour before finally complaining and was told that I was«next in line». Ended up being seen by a PA and then asked if I «still want to see the physician»! That would take another hour! I don’t PAY for seeing assistants anymore then my clients seeing my secretary!

Tried making appt, tried for 3 days. Not even a phone call back. Sorry customer service is just important as good healthcare; I guess will try a different Doctor.

I have been seeing Dr. Cardinale for a little over a year now and have received great service from him. Like most doctors offices the staff is rude and really don’t seem to care, if you can get past this Dr. Cardinale has done the right thing by me…

This entire practice is a disgrace and the fact that what they do here is referred to as «care» is a complete misnomer. It’s amazing that people subject themselves to this. I must say, they do serve to promote good health because the mere thought of coming here would scare me into feeling better like the best medicine ever invented.

My mother has been going here and loves the care she receives from Dr. Cardinale, unfortunately, the front office staff leaves very much to be desired. Catherine in particular is one of the rudest people I have ever met and surely should not be working a job where she has to interact with people. The last time we were here for my mom to get a cortisone shot, she completely forgot to put her chart up for the nurses. Than after a while, called my mom on her cell phone and was extremely nasty, asking why she wasn’t there for her appointment. When my mother walked up to the desk, with her phone, and said she was here, waiting for 2 hours, instead of apologizing for her error, Catherine got even nastier! Again today we are here for my mother’s cortisone shot and after waiting for over an hour, my mother went up and just said she wanted to make sure she wasn’t skipped and that same obnoxious woman behind the desk as last time, Catherine, got all nasty again and raised her voice saying, «I can’t help how slow the nurses are!» Especially after being skipped the last time, my mother had every right to make sure everything was ok, after waiting so long, without being attacked. I’ve never seen anything like this woman, especially in a Doctor’s office. It’s really a turn off for the entire practice, no matter how good the doctors are, and we will not be going back.
