We were incredibly pleased with the work our realtor, Jody Epstein, for us in purchasing our new home on Mercer Island.
Jody is an INCREDIBLE realtor. She was very patient with us as we searched for the perfect home for many months. Jody ‘got’ us and only showed us homes that she new met our picky criteria. When we did find the perfect home, Jody did extensive research to make sure the offer we were making was fair and would most likely be accepted. There was some negotiation back and forth, along with multiple inspections. Jody was there *every* step of the way, even on very short notice., always representing *our* best interests. It’s hard to convey how much we enjoyed working with Jody. Thanks to her, we are moving into the perfect home for our family, and we are so grateful.
