Chicago Title of Washington

This title company never finished up (well never started, and now still have not finished) letting our HOA know that the title has been transferred to someone else. We closed August 7^th. Chicago Title was contacted via my real estate agent’s office after I first heard from our HOA October 2^nd. Chicago Title began the process October 7^th. And as of today, have still not finished the process. Therefore, our HOA has sent us a bill with late fees for HOA dues that have not been paid because as far as they are concerned, we are still responsible for those dues. It is now December 4^th! They are telling my agent that we are responsible for these accruing dues not even getting the point that THEY SCREWED UP! This is absolutely ridiculous and very disappointing. I thought the reason why we paid for real estate agents and title companies was so stuff like this didn’t happen.
