It’s rare to encounter someone as skilled, thorough, passionate and personable as Chad Dierickx. We were fortunate enough to meet Chad through a mutual friend and as far as I’m concerned we have the only broker we’ll ever need. From our initial conversations to the date we closed on our house (and the subsequent weeks), Chad was thorough, honest and incredibly detailed. He works hard on behalf of his clients and will go the extra mile to make sure you get what you need. Chad is also not afraid to share his opinion and will help to keep you grounded and realistic throughout an emotional and at times confusing process. Chad made the home-​buying process much easier and far less stressful — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to anyway looking for a great broker.

Chad is a great agent and a fantastic person to work with! He was well aware of the market and knowledgeable about the houses which helped me to find a good house and put a good offer to buy it at a fair price. He was always available, just a phone call away, and very patient and supportive throughout the whole process from finding the house to putting a good offer and closing on time. I really enjoyed working with him on my new purchase!

I’ve sold two homes and bought one (soon to be two) with Chad. We worked with Chad to buy and sell a home this summer. It was extremely positive from end to end. Chad made us feel like his only clients even though he was in the midst of a very busy season. As our buyer’s agent (Phinney Ridge), he helped us negotiate an at-​listing price, giving me strategic guidance on the perception of our escalator that certainly would have proven to be an issue if we had done what I initially suggested. He even attended our walk through and asked amazing questions we wouldn’t have considered! Chad also made time to facilitate us walking through the house with a contractor twice. He was a great partner and we were proud to have him representing us. As our seller’s agent (Seward Park), he proactively managed every lead with kindness and professionalism. He maintained relationships with prospective buyers’ agents and ultimately we had multiple offers in under a week. We zero’d in on the two buyers we were most interested in based on terms, although their offers weren’t highest. Chad was then able to negotiate a better purchase price with buyers we loved who had great terms. The transaction was flawless and he was our partner throughout — from title to closing. As we scrambled to move in, move out, sign lots of paperwork, Chad offered to bring a house cleaner out for a move out clean at no cost to us, which was a lifesaver from a time standpoint. Throughout the process, we never had a doubt or second thought about whether Chad was representing us in a professional, courteous, strategic, ethical way. We absolutely loved working with Chad and would recommend him without hesitation to anyone looking to buy or sell a home near Seattle.
