$ 15 for the best auto wash that they offer. The guy working did our tires and a presoak before going into the machine. Great service and price!

This is a wonderful, locally owned business. It’s fast, efficient and the staff is very kind. Plus, they do a great job of cleaning your car! The great thing is that they offer all types of services. If you just have a minute, they offer a very fast drive through. You can also wash and vacuum your own car it you prefer. And if you want to get a full car detail you can drop your car off for a cleaning and when you pick it up it literally looks like it just came off of the factory floor! My car was so clean afterwards it looked like I had just bought it that day. I have small children so there are carseats in my car and my car gets filthy from all of their activities and the things they drag in. The staff at the Auto Spa get into every nook and cranny– they are very thorough. I very much recommend this business!

With a name like Auto Spa, I was expecting a full service car wash where individuals wash, hand dry and vacuum your vehicle. In actuality, this is just a drive thru, automatic car wash with an automatic dry cycle too. There was a young man that asks which spray services you want, then he takes your money, programs the proper auto wash cycle, pre-​sprays your vehicle and then you never see him again as you drive your car forward for a quick wash/​dry cycle. If you want the inside of your vehicle vacuumed or cleaned, you will have to pull up to the vacuum machines, insert more money and do it yourself. Alternatively, you can schedule an appointment for a detailed cleaning. It will take an hour and a half for a small sedan. Since I didn’t get this service, I don’t know what the price would have been or the quality of service performed. Regardless, next time I will skip this place and either go through the auto car wash when fueling up at the corner gas station which is cheaper and quicker or head to another place where there are people that will at the very least hand dry the exterior of the vehicle after the wash and vacuum the inside mats, seats, floorboards, and wipe down the dash, console and windows.

The Auto Spa is the only car wash on Mercer Island, but if there were others, it would probably still be the best. Having been to many car washes in Southern California where the employees are rushing to whip your car through as quickly as possible with little regard for the customer, the Auto Spa is so much better! The staff are friendly and welcoming, the prices are reasonable, and they take good care of your car– always conscientious of putting away any mirrors or antennae that could get in the way in the automatic wash. Their machine is way newer and better quality than the cheap washes you’ll find elsewhere, too.
It’s definitely worth going there to get a wash because the automatic wash is fast and if you don’t want to spend much money, it’s pretty fun to wash it yourself in the self-​serve area!

The automatic car wash facility was down for maintenance or something today, so they were offering slower (took a while for the other cars ahead of me to be done) hand car washing. I thought hey that’s probably going to be better than the machine thing. So I accepted, and even tipped ahead of time. Wish I hadn’t. Car is gross in spots, and something as obvious as bird poop in the front of the car went unwashed. Won’t be visiting again.
Edit: By gross in spots I mean like all over the car, little uncleaned dirt circles, not even in hidden away places, just like on the door and the back of the car and the front of the car, spots that went completely uncleaned. Just bad overall.
