The rooms are nice, but the little things were missing. You come into the room and the light switch dies nothing. You are looking for the light. No hand towels by the sinks. Nothing to stir your coffee with, I mean who buys cream and sugar packs without stir sticks. They go cheap on those little details. Just missing the mark.

When we first arrived the young lady at the front desk seemed to be in a poor mood. She had an I don’t care attitude and was really snobby. Only reason we stayed here seeing we live only 20 minutes away is because we wanted to take our daughter swimming. On our way to go grab dinner we asked the front desk girl where we get pool towels from and again with all attitude she said right here. I said thanks we’ll be back and she got back on her phone. Pool was extremely cold, and we all only lasted 15 minutes. Spent over $ 100 for 15 minutes. Came back to our rooms to shower and our towels seemed to have black residue on them that appeared to look like old mascara. I called and asked for new towels and got an attitude again. I just hung up and wrapped up in my robe so I didn’t have to deal with smacking her. 1am comes strolling around and I couldn’t get my daughter to sleep because of whatever function was going on, there was a lot of screaming which sounded like arguing for a good 2 hours outside in front of the vesituble area when you first walk in. A huge group was out the’re smoking and either arguing or just really drunk and loud. This was the most horrible experience ever at a hotel and we WILLNOT ever be back

This is a nice holiday inn express with no real downfalls. The room was clean and had excellent water pressure in the shower. Free parking with plenty of lighting. The rates are reasonable and the free wifi and breakfast are a nice add one. The only negative is the odd layout of the hotel and the odd way you have to find the entrance. Locals to the area told me this is the nicest hotel around.

Very nice place to stay. Rooms are very clean, large pool, and nice breakfast bar everyday. Only problem I had booked a room with 2 queen beds, and a pull out couch because we had my mother in law traveling with us. We arrived after 10 pm after driving 16 hours and were exhausted. We got everything unpacked and ready to get in bed only to find out no pull out couch! I wasn’t happy. Called the front desk she said we only have 3 of those rooms, I said we need to move to one, her response was they are all occupied. She said that she would bring up a roll away, I said I guess that’s what we will have to settle for. She had the manager bring it up, and he didn’t apologize at all, he wasn’t rude just didn’t due anything to try to smooth it over. The roll away worked fine and we still had plenty of room. Other than that it was a great 3 day stay.

This is the second time we have stayed here in 5 years. It used to be a happening place! I was shocked that on a Friday night there wasn’t a wedding booked there. The free breakfast is good. Rooms quiet. Just what we needed.

Hotel staff are rude and disrespectful. Even the owner is arrogant and unreasonable. If you are looking to get in and get out with no contact with the staff then I recommend this hotel, otherwise it is not worth the insults and stress.
