Let me say that Dave on Superior Ave downtown is great! I used that store weekly for over a year and couldn’t complain. This was my attempt to have loyalty to him since I moved in the east. The crew aren’t friendly and are very odd. It’s like a preview of whatever the next season of American Horror Story might be. The clothes aren’t ever done right (one pant creased while another identical pair has none, stains in shirts that werent there before, bad ironing, etc.). Don’t bother.

Went her to get my favorite shirt dry cleaned. First thing its not same day as Scott mentioned its 2 days. My shirt had a stain on it which they didn’t get out and left a note stain not coming out. I went home used a little water (no soap) and it came right out. The shirt didn’t come out amazing as other dry cleaners back home in NJ make my shirts come out. Also I’m not sure of average price in OH of dry cleaning but 5.95 for 1 shirt? Back home in jersey it was 1.50 to 3 bucks.

I love this place! My shirts and suits always come out fantastic and on time. Very friendly staff as well. They also do alterations which is a huge plus. I’ve had problems with some of the other shops, but never here. I have no idea who Granny Anne is, but I’m glad I found her shop!

The turnaround time is too long for shirt laundry (2 days), and depending on who helps you, you may (or may not) have to pay for speedier service.
They need to update their system with computerized clothes tags and receipts. I’ve experienced at least two instances of lost items or confused billing.
I went elsewhere. Premium Dry Cleaners is closer to my house and a lot more professionally run.
