YoGo -N- Sweets Frozen Yogurt

I kept it simple with triple chocolate, vanilla and white Choc mousse yogurt and m&ms and Reese’s pieces toppings. Lots of variety — clean — friendly. Kids like making their own. Nice place to stop after a soccer tournament down the street.

This was my first visit here. During after lunch hour, I was the only customer. The atmosphere seemed relaxed. You basically grab a cup and self-​serve yourself and the price is .45/​ounce. It is not Baskin Robbins where you have multiple flavors, however, you can receive tiny sample cups to taste. The yogurt was pretty good. I would say try this. My only complaint would be the owner needs to check the toppings conditions to ensure they are sealed. There was a gnat trapped inside the Reeses candy dispenser!

I hate writing bad reviews, but this place was awful for one reason alone — the service. We were the only people there and when we asked to get a few of the little taster cups, we received 2 for all four of us to share; why so stingy? And then one of the dispensers ejected a watery liquid instead of the yogurt, and instead of allowing us to toss the cup and start over, we were instructed to pour out the liquid which was all over another flavor already in the cup.
Then, I had a Unilocal coupon but the man running the store couldn’t figure out how to take the 15% off the bill total, so I had to show him how to calculate it on my phone and then he couldn’t get it to ring up to pay with a credit card… so I agreed to pay cash just to end the experience.
The food product itself was fine; but it’s nothing special in this saturated market, and I’d give this place 1 star if it wasn’t for the mere fact that it’s only the awful customer service we received that really ticks me off that has caused me to write this review. I won’t ever go back here for this reason alone. There are MANY places to get frozen yogurt; next time I’ll go where we are treated the way anyone would expect.

My most common stop for ice cream… It is great, but it’s also five minutes from my house… which makes it extremely convenient when I’m in desperate need. It’s always slow and their flavors are always changing (this is so exciting for me)… My recent favorite… white chocolate mousse with mango sorbet… yes, it was amazing.
They also have a LARGE variety of toppings, even peanut butter oreos… I usually feed my cravings late, because I really don’t want anyone knowing how often I eat ice cream, but they are usually low on fruit toppings… One guy always offers to go cut more, which is sweet, but I’m not that desperate for fruit… just makes me feel healthier…
Staff is amazing and the place is always spotless! If you live close, I definitely recommend it!
