My internet service sucked so I bought my own modem and I had to return the Comcast one. The customer service was good here but I can’t give a better rating based on the fact my internet service sucks.

I wish I could give 0 stars. Shame on you and your horrible service and spotty connection. The reviews here speak for themselves. Just. awful. I made an appt because my internet was out. Took off work on the day they said(I wrote it down and my partner heard it), and they didn’t show. I called them, and they said, they never said today, but rather tomorrow. Liars. Horrible service. It’s the epitome of big business making you feel like an insignificant cog that is forced to pay excessively due to no other option.

It’s actually not that bad. The service was pretty fast compared to the line out the door at the Southaven location, but I’m still giving it 2 stars just because it’s Comcast and we all know no one like TV service places or people!

I’m with Stephanie. My personal Comcast has never worked properly and now, at work, we are experiencing issues. The primary purpose of this rant is the customer service! They say they will come out and they never do. They say the window of time is 9 am — 1pm(for example) and then after 1 has come and gone, we call to check the status and are told it’s in the system 9 – 5. No one shows, repeat for tomorrow. This goes on, and on and ON. So over them.

Cable/Internet monopoly? Check. Overpriced services? Check. Suck you in with promising introductory rates and then raise your price every month thereafter? Check. Unreliable HDDVR service? Check. Keeping you as a customer because you really have no other choice? Check. Game over. You’re screwed.
