Nice casual/dive place to stop for good casual food. I was impressed they had vegetarian options for the sliders.

Great local burger joint with a burger for everyone to leave happy. Dog friendly patio and treats given a lot of times! In the heart of Midtown I highly recommend.

We started with the chill cheese fries they are not bad but not the best I have had. I ordered 3 different sliders the big deuce I was not impressed the meat was just ok not much flavor, next I had the Chick-N-Fill-Ay it’s not bad the chicken has a nice crunch I think next time I would leave off the ranch sauce, last I had the Buffalo Chicken Fried slider it was the best out of the 3. The chicken was flavorful and had a good crunch, the potato salad was not very good. I would not come here again just to eat but if your gonna drink this food will do. Our waitress was very friendly and the service was good.

My husband and I chose this place as «our spot» in Memphis. We’ve only ever sat outside, because the servers are great and the spot is quiet and plays great music. There always seems to be a great mixture of people and ages constantly, which makes us feel right at home. At first glance, I thought we might have maybe been too old to fit in, but I think we got along with the atmosphere quite nice. They have a pretty good beer selection and some awesome mixed drinks. I always order a lactose free set of mixed sliders and try to have something new every time we go. I think the only thing I haven’t tried at this point is the lobster roll. Slider Inn will definiely be one of my go to choices to tell people to try out.

We consider this our neighborhood bar. Fries are the best in Memphis, plus bourbon mayo – yes, please. Sliders are wonderful. Favorites are the chik-fil-a buffalo style and the original Memphis. There aren’t many healthy options, but that makes sense for the style of restaurant and the food is excellent for pub grub. Drinks are reasonably priced and there are almost always specials. They make a great Jameson slushie in the summertime. Good selection of beers on tap, too. If you like wine, this is probably not the best place for you. Atmosphere is great if the weather’s appropriate for the large patio, which is dog-friendly. The inside is small, and while the bar is usually populated with a fun group, it can get a little claustrophobic and smoky in the evening, when smoking is allowed. As friendly and likable as the servers and staff are, the service can be slow and inconsistent. It doesn’t really bother us because we always feel so welcome and are rarely in a hurry when we chose Slider. But it’s worth noting things can take a while. Overall, we’re huge fans of The Slider Inn and absolutely love having it within walking distance.

Jameson Slushie, some sliders and that patio! Perfect combo! Great variety of sliders to choose from. I usually get three different ones because I can! No really, I have the hardest time because all of the sliders are so good I can never make up my mind so I just mix it up. I guess my favorite would be «This Pork Is A Jerk» if I really had to choose just one. The fries are some of the best in town. I truly love those skinny fries. Whatever you do be sure not to overlook the Nachos! The Nachos with homemade chili are delicious. The chicken nachos are pretty terrific as well. Did I mention the Jameson Slushies!!!

Pretty much the perfect place… minus the cigarette smoke. With a spacious patio(which is even heated in the colder months!), incredible food and an extensive beer menu, Slider’s Inn has got it all. I think we have basically had everything on the menu and they’re batting at a 100%. Nachos, frito chili, lobster bisque, lobster roll, the ridiculously amazing french fries and mix and match sliders OMG all winners! Also I’m going to ahead and say it, the Memphis original slider is my absolute favorite burger… ever. Bedsides the killer food, it has fun bartenders, several tvs and is a great place to catch the Grizz games. Grab your buddies and head over there asap. I promise it will be be your new hangout.

Whoop, there it is. This place is my jam. I first went like a month ago and have already been 4 times. so…so much for expanding my horizons ;). The sliders are phenomenal! I always do the mix and match for 10.99 because all of them look so dang good and end up tasting so dang good. As for the place itself, one of the best patios. My only complaint is that my chain purse got caught in the picnic table, but after a lot of wiggling and with the help of a knife, I got my purse out unscathed. The waitress was hilarious and cheered me on the whole time. Obviously I don’t hold this against them. That purse is a nightmare and 50% of the time it makes me look like a huge ahole. Anyways, this is the perfect place to grab a drink after work, or a drink on the weekend during the day, or I mean just whenever you want to drink and have an awesome meal, you should probably come here. ESPECIALLY when we have beautiful weather :).

Disappointing. I’ve had drinks here before, but we decided to try this place for a late night meal tonight. There are many reasons why I won’t ever come back. The drinks are overpriced. The service is slow. There’s no reason why I should wait an hour for my food. It isn’t exactly gourmet. And it wasn’t even warm. There are veg options. The falafel slider was mediocre at best. The other vegan slider was so awful that it came right back out. The fries were soggy. The only thing I liked was the patio and that dogs are welcome on it. Otherwise, awful experience, never again

We had our second experience at the Slider Inn last night for National Burger Day and it was just as good as, if not better than, the first. Both my wife and I chose the Mix and Match option. I had: The Mushroom one(Can’t remember it’s name now) Falafel Chick-n-Fill-Ay My wife got all the same but instead of the falafel she got the«This Pork is a Jerk». We both love the mushroom one and I really liked all of mine and her Pork is a Jerk. On our last visit we also tried the Original Memphis and the Blue Cheese and Onion. The Original Memphis was just okay, and the Blue Cheese and Onion was just a bit too blue cheesy for my tastes but not too bad! Also, I’m not sure what’s in the white-ish sauce that they bring out with the fries, but it’s awesome! I like that so many dog owners frequent this place. We sat on the porch and there were four different dogs hanging around. The servers will bring water and treats for the pets. Overall, a great place to try some unique sliders and I’m sure that we’ll be back again!

I visited this place for the first time during the Unilocal burger binge. I got two of the mushroom swiss sliders and one Memphis original slider. They were pretty good. The service wasn’t bad, but slow. It probably wouldn’t have been noticed since we were a pretty big group except for the fact we were sitting outside in the Memphis heat and I as the time went on I was definitely ready to leave. I look forward to coming back here, sitting inside, and trying some of their other interesting options(that weren’t included in the burger binge deal options).

I decided to check this place out after hearing about their Jameson slushies. After having now tried them, I cannot recommend them enough! Nothing is better on a 100 degree day. I’ve since tried to replicate it, but I don’t think it’s going to happen. The service was great, our server was Elizabeth and she was friendly and quick. I tried a combo of the burgers but my favorite is the blue cheese & caramelized onion slider. We’ll definitely be back, you get a decent amount of food for the price here & everything was great!

A fabulous first impression. The service was impeccable! From filling our glasses to feeding a squirrel, our waitress was perfect. We couldn’t have been happier! Brunch Punch was great but the Bloody Mary was fantastic. We had Mix and Match Sliders(3each) Tyler had: Steak, egg and cheese Low Rider Memphis Original With fries I had: Eggs Benedict The Low Rider Memphis Original With fries Amanda had: Bacon, egg and cheese BL-TNA Memphis Original With grits Zachary had: Eggs Benedict Steak, egg and cheese BL-TNA With hash browns Every bite was delicious! Amanda says the grits are to die for — and the bourbon mayo is worth an order of fries Brunch is great but we will definitely go back for the dinner menu The picnic table patio is fun! It’s mist system kept us cool. Comfy shoes are a must– it’s all street parking.

Even though I got my sliders to go, I wished I could have stayed and chilled on the patio. The peeps working here were SO laid back and yet prompt with my drink and food. It was a draft night and my Memphis Made beer was only $ 3! Score! The sliders were all good in that soft squishy kind of way. The one with the fried egg was the best! Would love to try the chicken sliders. The inside is a bit cramped and smokey, but the patio is so spacious that it doesn’t matter. In this spot, you wanna be outside anyway. Great people watching!!! Can’t wait to return :)

The patio is great. Service can be uneven, depending on how busy they are. They do allow smoking inside after 9:00 p.m., so I try to stay on the patio regardless of the time of day. The sliders and fries make more than a generous meal for one person. They do have vegan and vegetarian slider options as well as chicken. I’ve seen the lobster roll go by and be devoured though I’ve never tried it myself. I can also personally vouch for their hot wings. All in all, The Slider Inn is another jewel in Midtown’s crown of restaurants.

White castle, that’s what this place’s burger reminds me of. Lots of bread and not so much meat. Memphis original is pretty good if you like ketchup. I kinda don’t, but that’s preference thing. There are quite a lot more interesting burger that I haven’t tried. Might revise this review once I eat them.

Husband and I tried Slider Inn for lunch during Unilocal Burger week. My first impression was this is a nice quaint spot. We were immediately greeted when we walked through the door. We both ordered the Unilocal special(sliders and fries). When it came out it was 2 sliders and fries. It wasn’t until we left that I realized we were shorted a slider each. :( Also they would only honor 1 Unilocal discount :( Burgers were ok, nothing to rave about. Fries were good. If I go back it would be more for the atmosphere(large patio) as opposed to the food. Definitely not in my Top Fav Burger Spots

I’ve been meaning to check this place out for a while now and now that I finally have, I could kick myself for not doing it sooner. I’ve only been for lunch so I can’t speak to how the nightlife for patio is, but the staff is very polite and food was great. I’ve had the Memphis Original sliders with fries both times I visited and they had been fantastic both times. The burger has a great flavor and is juicy. The fries were a little underdone(kind of greasy) the second time I visited, but I can let that«slide» once given that they brought a giant grin to my daughter’s face by serving her Cherry Coke with three cherries on a garnish stick. Kids are welcome until 5 p.m. if you are thinking of thinking of bringing your little ones. Overall I’ve enjoy my lunches there and plan to try some other items on the menu on my next visit.
