I am in the same situation as the review before me. I have an appointment for Wed. morning and have not heard anything back from them to confirm or reschedule. I have left a message for them to contact me about tomorrow so we shall see what happens. i will let you know the outcome and IF they do not call or show up — I will contact Groupon immediately for an instore credit. I have a family reunion planned for this weekend and was wanting to help myself out with having my house cleaned rather than me do it.
