The wait time is a bit long sometimes but the service and employees are great.
I saved a lot of money by switching to their service and the representatives helped with the transition, making it very smooth.

I would have rated them with 5 stars if there had been another employee to help explain some of the phones and options. Ended up bouncing back and forth myself looking at phones.
A lady named «gigi» (my spelling may be wrong, pronounced g g) helped the most when I was ready.
Let us know about costs, etc. for the framily plan and they bought back our 2 iPhone 4s phones.
They could use some more employees for days they are crowded — like it was that afternoon. Other wise I will be returning to this store to see gg! !

The store schedule is open till 7 pm, however they will close early, I went there at 650 just to look and see if they had the new Samsung Galaxy. The door was already locked.

I usually dread the experience when going into these stores to purchase a phone because the sales associates always seem to overly up-​sell stuff you dont really need, but my experience at this Sprint store was great.
I was instantly greeted by the staff members and sales associate, Adlai was very helpful in getting me the phone I needed and getting me out the door. I hate waiting, I hate fluff from sales associates, and I didnt experience any of that at this location. I was very impressed with the customer service. I always pay attention to how the staff greets incoming customers. Everyone that walked through the doors was greeted by attentive staff members.
If you are looking to establish new service, buy a phone or pay a bill I would highly recommend this Sprint store location.
