My Bluetooth stopped working. I brought it back and got the run around about the receipt. I had it with me. Bad service. Not interested on customer service. Worse phone service in town. I would not give them a one star but you can’t post unless u give a rating.

I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone. Similar to the surrounding area, it has fallen below standards. I came in just to add insurance to my account and was waiting over an hour. This was also a Tuesday morning. The associates made no effort to inform me of the continued extended wait. Avoid this location at all costs.

I went in the store to change my SIM card from my old phone to a new phone I bought online, and the customer service rep told me she could not unless I was an authorized user on the account. The problem with that claim is that I AM an authorized user on my family’s share plan. She just did not want to help me since I didn’t buy the new phone from her. Don’t go to this store for help unless you’re buying from them.
