Smooth Moves

WAY overpriced. I went here on the way home because it was on the way and had good reviews. The guy was outside smoking and had to put out his cigarette to come take care of me. Once I saw the prices I felt like I still had to buy something because he had put out his cig to help me. I got a small ($ 5) because I was not paying $ 8 for a large… that’s an entire meal. It was nothing spectacular and a small was a small styrofoam cup 12 oz.
The guy was nice and offered to give me a $ 1 off if I could guess trivia about the song on the radio but I had no idea so I still payed full price. Idk… just not a stellar experience.

I really just love this place. It is extremely convienent, healthy, and delicious! I just love their smoothies! I tried the «mother nature sandwich» and was pleasantly surprised at how good it was! I’m surprised that it was not busier during lunchtime!
The place itself is very clean and the man working there is extremely nice and quick! They have reserved parking outside now, which makes it a whole lot easier to find a parking spot!
I definitely will be going back more frequently!

Smooth Moves is easily becoming my most frequent stop in East Memphis.
Located in the strip next to Casablanca restaurant, it’s easy access off of Poplar (never thought I’d say easy and Poplar in the same sentence.)
I haven’t ventured far from the #10 Strawberry Smoothie because it’s so daggum tasty. It’s got a great blend of strawberry, apple juice, banana and yogurt. The very friendly man behind the counter suggested it and he said it was their best seller.
The prices are hard to beat. Around $ 6 for a large (I’m talking tall and large) smoothie. That’s nothing compared to the almost $ 10 I spend at Smoothie King.
I tried their chicken salad sandwich today and was impressed. Fresh taste and great bread.
The best part? I got a gigantic sandwich and a smoothie for $ 10.
Can’t beat it!

I had no idea this place served food! I thought it was just smoothies. Well, I do believe I will start becoming a regular. This strip mall is fantastic (and I hate «strip malls»). My nail place (Nails by Nicole), Casablanca, and now Smooth Moves. 3 places I’m a huge fan of.
Anyways, so the smoothies here are out of this world (try the chocolate one) and the sandwiches (avocado…yummmmmmm) are really good too. And healthy! Nice little surprise there.
You can eat there or get it to-​go. And don’t forget to add a booster to your smoothie! I love immune and protein. Definitely a fan of this place.

A nice little smoothie shop that makes about thirty different fruit smoothies, all incorporating dairy, such as yogurt or fruit-​flavored sherbet. For nondairy folks like myself, I was able to enjoy a pretty good pineapple-​apple juice. Also sold were local granola, chips, Myoplex protein shakes and bars, and greeting cards. At $ 3.20 for a 12 ounce smoothie and $ 1.50 for a 12 ounce juice, I’ll definitely be back.

wonderful greek food! yummy baklava… oh and the store even sells pepper spray. how can you not love that?
