I must say the salads here will make you smack your momma. I had the smoked grill chicken salad. OMG i have never tasted chicken as good as this. It is a must you try this place. The workers were friendly. I will be back again and again!!!

Those salads are worth every penny, from the size to the amazing seasoning of the chicken is phenomenal. I would highly recommend you get a small which two people can share. I’ve had the grilled chicken and also the grilled Simon and both are great. Healthy eating I highly recommend this place!!!

My first time coming to Phase 1. customer service gave a warm greeting and a yayyy first time customer she also took the time an gave great descriptions of each salad I choose the grill chicken salad and it’s a meal plus half one by itself that small box was packed and I enjoy every bite.

Stopped in this location inside the Hickory Ridge Mall at the food court. I originally stopped for a Chef Salad, however they didn’t have those ready at the moment. Instead I got the Grilled Chicken Salad, and I got my dad a Salmon Salad for lunch. BEST Salads I have had in long time. The customer service was awesome. Although it may look like a ghost town in the mall, please stop by and get a salad.

The smoked salmon salad is EVERYTHING! I’ve been ordering salads for the past few years. The whole staff would place orders and a delivery person would bring them a couple of days later. ALL of the salads are fantastic! I personally love the salmon best.

First time trying this spot and I must say I’m impressed with the quality of the salads. The veggies were fresh and the grilled chicken is awesome. Tastes like it was smoked on a BBQ pit. The amount of salad on the small was too much for one meal. I can’t imagine what the large is like. Will definitely go back and I recommend to others. Just go to the food court in the Hickory Hill Mall and it was the only food place that’s open.

Since I’m new to Memphis, I just assumed Hickory Hills mall was a dead mall. I still think it is but I didn’t pick up lunch from Phase 1; hubby did. I had the chef salad. Nothing fancy but everything was fresh and delish. Smoke Gouda cheese on top… yum. I’d like to try the salmon salad next. By the way, Mister and I shared a small salad. They are huge!
