Back in November, I purchased a used Miraphone tuba from these guys and one of the «Bloke» custom mouthpieces for tuba from «Joe Sellmansberger» the apparent owner. After a few phone calls and e-​mails later regarding order # 420 669 to figure out custom specs of mouthpiece and additional playability tune ups on the horn I asked them to ship with FED-​EX to be sure it got to me in one piece and to insure it to the max in case of damage.
After quite some down time and no tracking number, contact was made and a Greyhound Package Express tracking number was given which never worked the entire time the instrument was in transit. His reply was simply «Greyhound is the only way I ship regardless of customer preference due to damage liability». Uh what? Horn came in finally, package was hammered but contents weren’t damaged luckily. Customer Service is hit or miss with this store, caveat emptor. Hopefully this fills the requirement of Unilocal guidelines this time with more info added.
