If you go in this place, it looks like Radio Shack circa 1978 and a consignment 2^nd hand instrument shop blew up and landed in here. That’s your first sign. They’re supposed to be ‘factory certified’ yet I had a keyboard there that they couldn’t finalize repairs on after 2 YEARS. That’s right, I had a piece of gear there for 2 FULL YEARS and only heard from them on the phone a total of about 3 times in that timespan. Had to buy another keyboard to replace the one they had so I could play gigs. If you take anything here be prepared to have to hound them about it because they won’t call you (and be prepared to hear excuses), and also be prepared to have it take 2 – 100 times as long as you’d expect, and maybe pay more than you’d expect, too. This place is a disaster in every sense of the word.
