Another dissatisfied customer… another meal that was not made as ordered… another poor customer experience… that is how I would describe this location consistently sub standard… I have reached out to the customer service line before and was never contacted.
I would suggest taking some training from Chick-​fil-​A restaurants to see what customer service is all about!

I want to Krystal on Summer Avenue and the manager was very disrespectful I said good morning to her she said nothing this is the second time I had a bad experience at Krystal on Summer Avenue the first time it was baby roaches in my eggs if you don’t believe me look on Google I have the pictures up this time a manager was very rude and her name is (((LaTonya))) if you don’t want to be at work if you don’t like your job don’t come I hope you get fired because you do not need to work at fast food restaurant I would never go there again thank you

Today I stopped for breakfast. They have poor customer service. I ordered two sunrises and a hasbrown. The only thing the cashier said to me was for here or to go and what my total was. I was never greeted or thanked for coming. Not even a smile. I wouldn’t suggest bringing your kids unless you want to expose them to foul language by the kitchen staff. Business was slow and as the only customer in the lobby it should not have taken five minutes to fix my order. After the long wait I thought I would have hot and fresh food. Well it was somewhat fresh yet cold. I will say that the lobby was clean. I don’t think I will return to this store.

I’d consider myself a connoisseur of Krystal’s, and I’ve noticed that each location has a slightly different taste than the others. While most Krystal’s I’ve been to have been good, the one I’ve noticed that has the best chik sandwiches (i.e. their chicken sandwich) is the one at this location. The bread seems less stale and more moist. Also, the biscuits at Krystal’s are among the best in fast food. Also, the service is usually good at this Krystal.
