If I could give it no stars, I would. The restaurant was completely empty, when we went it, which was a bad sign. I had a $ 5 gift certificate that I wanted to use, but the waiter would not let me use it, unless I had it printed out, even though it clearly stated that I could redeem it online, using my phone. It was a dump, and I was afraid of what might happen to my food, so we left. Gross.

Stopped in for their discounted lunch specials. Not too bad, but nothing really that ‘special’ about the food/portions/service. It’s located in a Publix strip mall. If you’ve been to Ay Jalisco, this should be the same experience — average.

Charged for everything. I don’t like being nickeled and dimed to death. Let’s turn an 11.75 meal into a 20 one. Pass. I would never go here ever again.

Umm. No thank you. It wasn’t terrible but we won’t be returning when we driving through town again. Staff was pleasant, food hot but just ok. Too many Mexican places to have to go to an ok one.

3.5 stars is probably pretty accurate for this place. I had the Chimichanga(Lunch special) and my wife had the Fajitas. The chimichanga was nothing special, kind of small and a bit dry for my taste, but that may be because it appears that my plate sat on the food warmer rack a little long(refried beans had a bit of a crust around the edges. My wife said she enjoyed her fajitas. The salsa was too tomatoey and the chips were just so-so. Probably won’t return, too many other choice for good Mexican elsewhere. Service was good, server was very nice.

Went in on a rainy Saturday afternoon and this hidden gem brightened the day. We were served promptly with the standard tortilla chips and salsa, but also offered a spicier version, which was great. The need for some seafood was immediately meet v by the margaritas nachos, which had shrimp. The amount of shrimp included was decent, but could have used as few more to really wow us. My gf and I shared the crab enchiladas, which were amazing. We ended with the sopadillas, which were very well made and a sweet and tasty end to the meal. Overall, the service was great and the Mexican beer selection was good. Some will say that authentic Mexican, or any ethnic restaurant is about the cooking… and I agree. But it’s also about vibe you get. The cheap dollar store decorations and no frills décor is what reminds me of my stops in cantinas from Matamoros to Cabo.

Very good Mexican, probably the best around this area.

Well I am Mexican and always in the look for a good place to satisfy my Mexican food craving and Las Margaritas does it. I can’t say its like my abuelitas home cooking but its not tex mex and that is a big one if you are looking for authentic Mexican food. Another plus is that the service is excellent and a very clean restaurant.

The food was good, some of the better Mexican I’ve had in Melbourne. However, the service left a bit to be desired. The server was friendly, but with the lack of crowd in the restaurant(it was an off hour), I was surprised by a couple of mistakes, and slowness to get the check. This place is quite new, so maybe there’s just a lack of experience there. It’s a little far from us, but might be worth a return visit sometime later on.

The food at this«family owned» style restaurant always has good and consistent food with exceptional proportions. A dinner combo prices start around $ 8 and come with a side chips, salsa, beans, and rice. Unfortunately, the biggest downer(for me) is the service over the phone. I have only ordered pick up and each time they answer my call they reply with, «Hello?» I always think I called the wrong number until I have to ask«is this la margarita?» Though it is something so simple, it needs to be utilized so the customer isn’t turned off and confused before ordering their food.
