I really wish that I could give this place zero stars. After contacting the dress designer when the store refused to do anything, the store took the dress back to get the defect fixed. When they originally sent me the dress, it was tucked nicely into a long box in a garment bag, folded in half to minimize wrinkling. Of course, I sent the garment bag back to them with the dress in it. The second time it was sent to me, it was shoved in a tiny little box in a clear plastic bag, without a garment bag. When I bought the dress, I was told the garment bag came with the dress. It was just really obvious the difference in the presentation the first and second time, like they were trying to let me know that they could care less about how I feel about their store. Before the dress was sent back to me the second time, I had my mother (who lives in Florida, as I live in Washington) go to the store to make sure the dress was ok. (Since they failed to inspect it the first time.) They treated her very rudely when she went in, especially the girl that we bought the dress from (Niska). I never once received an apology from anyone for this whole mess. They also never reimbursed me for shipping, so after I contact this stupid store yet AGAIN, I’ll post another update on that experience. At this point, I would almost rather not be reimbursed for shipping, and buy another garment bag myself than deal with this store ever again.
