I stopped going here for my morning coffee because the large African American man working on the drive through always has his ass hanging out. I do not need to see that at 6am & I do not need a grown man’s ass around my coffee. #Pull your damn pants up!

I work at one of the retail shops within Wellington Circle, so it’s convenient for me to get my coffee and occasional bakery item from this Dunkin Donuts location. The fact that I actively avoid this particular Dunks should say everything. The majority of my visits have been nothing short of terrible. Drive-thru is priority, meaning anyone going in the actual store is forced to wait an unnatural length of time — I’ve spent the better part of a 30-minute lunch break waiting for a coffee and toasted bagel. The worst part about this place, however, is the staff. Particularly the night crew. They are so unbelievably lazy, I don’t know how any of them are still employed. If they don’t feel like making coolatas or iced tea or really anything that would make them use a little effort, they claim it’s «broken». I doubt these machines, which I have witnessed being used during the 20 minutes I wait in line, are truly broken for 6 out of 7 days each week. And I’m not a bad customer by any means. I don’t complain when they deny my order, or when they completely mess up my order, I don’t give it back to them and make them fix it. I just take what is given to me and be satisfied that it is not the worst thing that could happen to anyone by any means. As much as I miss the rare occasions when I do get what I wanted to order, it is too far and too few to make me want to keep going back. I’ll make my coffee at home, thanks.

I go here because it’s the closest drive thru, and with a toddler it’s the most sane trip to dunks possible… I’m not sure why, but they NEVER seem to hear me correctly on the idiot box… today i ask for 3 coffees, i get to the window and hear«$ 2.66 please» wait what ?! for 3 coffee ?! NOWAY !! so I look up, he’s handing me one coffee. today i didn’t keep my cool, today I told him, why when I said THREE times, 3TIMES !!! I wanted THREE coffees, all the same way, did he think i only wanted one coffee when I drove around to the window ?!! this happens EVERYTIME i go to the drive thru… I’m sure I’ll return for more torture, but not today… today i told him forget it, dont even bother making the other 2, drove away and went back to Magoun Square and walked in, only had to say how many coffees i wanted and just waited patiently for them =) another pet peeve of the Wellington Circle drive thru, i can order 4 coffees and they STILL ask if I want a tray… no im gonna carry my toddler and all 4 coffees in my 2 tiny lil hands.

Not only was the girl at the drive thru talking on her cell phone, a second person who happened to be the store’s manager took over my transaction. I ordered 3 lattes and wanted to pay with my mobile app. The manger could not get the scanner to work while paying and his response was«to go to another Dunkin Donuts.» I responded no I’ve already ordered my coffees and I’m at your location, figure something out.” The manager instantly starts to laugh as I am responding.” I ask for a manager and he says he is the manager. To add a little side note — don’t offer a latte promo everyday just to have your employees forget to ring in the coupon 99% of the time. Now I’m not expecting my 5-star barista at Starbucks, but his customer service was down right rude and his solution was even more ridiculous. Long story short, and 3 scans later, my mobile app paid for my coffees, magic huh?

i guess I have to just give an a ok cus its just a DD but my post is that I finally gave in to the what they wont call a cronut. it was actually pretty good, I can see the krispy crème reference from other posts almost a mom and pop feel to it. I liked It but 2.50 for a donut from a mega chain that’s on every corner seem a bit steep

Since we don’t have Dunkin Donuts in Seattle, I only get to go there when I am visiting family in the Boston area. I like their new dark roast coffee a lot, because it is closer to what I am used to normally drinking(Starbucks) than the regular blend DD coffee. I LOVE their corn muffins, since we can’t normally get corn muffins at bakeries in Seattle, and DD’s are so darned delicious and not-dry! I even took one on the plane to eat for breakfast the next day at home, and it was still decent at day-old. And most of their donuts are great, though I am partial to the butternut flavor. I can only give 3 stars to the Fellsway location because their customer service was just ok. The guy at the register messed up our order twice. But, stuff happens. In any case, I would still go to this location of Dunkin or any location the next time I’m visiting in the Boston area!

Coffee in the morning wakes me up. Actually I never use to like DD but as this is closer to my work, I guess I have no choice! Before they use to mess up my coffee, but now as I m a regular they r great with my coffee. Love their Butter Pecan iced coffee and Bagels are always great here. Now I can see the reason that why«America runs on Dunkin». Lol

Work at the Ford, so of course I cannot seem to say NO on a day I really need it. Messed up my orders a couple times, were friendly and efficient in getting it right the next time. The staff is amazing such a diversity and they get along very well, Francesa the lovely manager always has a smile on her face at 6 in the morning when I go. Sometimes it smells like bleach, but you know, at least I know its being cleaned!, I get cautious about my food when I see the bucket just sitting upon the counter lol. Its like every dunkin donuts to me, you go there enough you WILLTURNINTO A DONUT! Overall they are good.

This place sucks. The last 2 weeks everyday Ive gone and asked for a caramel late– and not once have i gotten a caramel late. There espresso tastes old and burnt and anytime i ask them to please add caramel to my burnt tasting late they give me the hairy eyeball and make it seem like its my fault they messed up my order. The attitude and dirty looks i have gotten from the employees has made me stop asking them to fix my late because i am afraid they are going to spit in or do something worse. every morning, without fail, i am furious about my gross not caramel late and hate my life bc some idoit ruined my morning before 10am. I swear i will never go back there again, mornings suck enough I dont have the extra time or energy to spend bitching about my gross coffee therefore i will be finding a new one. Fuck this place & the morons that work here — learn how to make a fucking caramel late, or take it off the menu. Its not my fault your brain dead and dont know how to do your job, lose the attitude too cause its fucking uglier than you.

I go to this Dunkin Donuts ALMOST every single day. I try to go here before any other Dunkins in my area. For the most part the crew is super sweet and can actually remember my order! I love that feeling especially with how many people go through their doors. Francesca in particular looks to be an amazing shift supervisor/manager. She is always on the move: working the register, fixing the products or reloading the food. They seem to try and move the drive-thru as quickly as possible when I am in there, but I never actually use it.

I generally hold my 5 stars pretty close to the vest, but for this review I have to consider this dunks against all other dunks and I have yet to be disappointed. There is only one other dunks I like as much and it’s in Danvers(shout out to Endicott dunks!) The drive through line has never been an issue, they have never gotten my order wrong, and the coffee has always been fresh and delicious(and it’s always iced, which is saying something. So often elsewhere the iced coffee is old and burnt or stale). The ladies are friendly, and if my breakfast sandwich isn’t ready right when I pull up to pay, they let me know it’s on its way, as opposed to other dunks where they take my money and then just leave the window closed, letting me sit and wonder what the heck is going on. Service — good. Quality — good. Speed — good. This is what a dunks should be!

Just another Dunkin, nothing special — not my special Fave Dunkin, and most of the time I come here I have to drive counter aggressively because people want to cut me in line… I hate that… The way this drive thru is built sucks… They need to have a cement barrier so all cars have to start at the same place!

I usually hit this drive-thru one on the way to work in the morning, but go by several others. I went for the last time a few days ago, due to poor service. I asked if he would kindly toss my old Dunkin Donuts cup from the morning before so I could make room in my holder for the new coffee. He pointed off in the distance and said I could park and through it away, and refused to throw it in the barrel I could clearly see right next to him. I won’t be giving this franchisee anymore of my money in the future. I’d rather stop by one of the other locations on my way to work.

Company Standard What’s with all the crazy folks? Twenty Four hours 11:00PM, Sunday night. The only time I ever go in here. Apparently it’s also the time when all the nocturnes congregate at the few small tables, critically eyeing up any and all customers who prefer walk-in to drive-thru. Maybe during the day there’s more traffic, the service is more expedient and the folks sitting at the tables are more ‘normal,’ but I wouldn’t know. There’s nothing unusual or truly notable about this location v. any other, save for the barrage of crazy. The last time I was in here, the guy on duty eyed a woman until she walked out the door, and then wolf-howled right there at the counter. Seriously. Like a legit wolf-howl, head back and all. Then, in one stream of conscious sentence, said«damn she’s got some nice legswhat do you need?» Brilliant.
