This Starbucks is great. The Staff are always friendly and in a great mood. They are also professional and very quick at their job.

Way too crowded at this location. They either need to get more employees to help with cleaning up and serving the public or I’m not going there. Matter of fact I don’t if you want to have a quiet location this is not where you want to be or a place to study not where you want to be.

The Monday — Friday morning crew are the best! The staff, especially the barista, make every dollar worth it. Not to mention, they’re super speedy!

After dealing with Mr. Pretentious cashier yesterday, it was wonderful to come into a happy staff with smiling faces and genuine interest in making what has been a trying week that much better. Two visits to this location today and both I have left with a warm fuzzy feeling. I just dread the thought that I may have to encounter Mr. Service oriented at some point.

I only have once complaint, when you order an ice coffee and there’s a lot of people in front of you, they should just get your ice coffee for you. Sometimes that’s even the reason people get a simple drink like that, just so they don’t have to wait for everyone else. I mean, you do that with tea, that takes longer, why not ice coffee?

I’ve come here a few time and everytime I come here the staff is not very welcoming. I always say, «Good Morning! How are you?» And the response is always«good.» Of course the coffee is great! I tried the new Tribute blend and really like it! My other favorite drink which I treat myself to once in a while is the Caramel Machiato! Yum! Other than the good drinks, I think the attitudes of most employees here are poor. The only one good employee I love is the guy who makes the drinks in the am! He always has a smile on and looked adorable with his little leprechaun hat on!

As far as Starbucks locations go, this one is pretty consistently good. Most of the staff is really great and smile a lot. They are sometimes out of breakfast or lunch sandwiches though, which loses them a star. They’re always busy so you’d think they’d just order more to be prepared. Also, since it can be very busy there, be prepared to wait for your stuff to come out. Drive/walk carefully around here, some drivers just zoom on through the narrow parking lot roads.

I have been coming to this starbucks since it has opened I know most of the staff by first name basis and they know mine. Even when I would visit when I was I was living in NY I would make it a point to stop in and say Hi. Toon the barista is one of my favorites as well as John the manager and Danielle although I am not sure if she is still there. I even recruted one of them to come work with me. I never thaught to give a review to this place until this past weekend when I came in. I did not recognize one person behind the counter and they did not know me. WHAT happened to all my friends at starbucks, Granted I don’t come in as often as I used to. It went from everyday to maybe 2 times a month. Anyway what promted me to give a review was the service I recieved. I am and always will be a fan, but let me just say how I was treated. I walked in and stood in a little line I noticed a woman had just spilled a coffee all over the area where you pick up your coffee, on the counter and all over the floor and when I say all over the floor it took up a good portion of the entire area. I was with a friend we both ordered. He ordered a double espresso I got a white mocha. there were probably 2 people in front of us that did the side step while picking up there coffee trying not to step in it, The asian kid that was mopping the floor did so with hardly any urgency(Thank god it wasnt busy because normally this place is packed in fact the counter where the coffee spilled was still sitting there and I was there for a good 7 min so even when I left there was still coffee all over the counter) The barista a tall skinny guy who I dont know, never had seen before was actually placing the coffees on the skinny ledge above the counter wich was probably the reason why the coffee spilled in the first place. SO even with the coffee all over the pickup area the barista was still placing the orders on a tiny corner area that wasnt soaked in coffee but to get to it would have to step on a wet dirty coffee covered floor, My friend however asked if he could pass him his coffee the other way near the registers in order to avoid stepping in it, and then asked if he could pass mine also. with a large sigh like UGGGG the barista said«its really not that serious» What !!! I came into starbucks on my day off, casually dressed and definitly not wanting to trapse through coffee. Obviosly it wasn’t that seriouse because like I said it was about 7 min and the coffee was still there. Seriously buddy? I Told him that I new his boss very well and I would have to let him know how he was speaking to his guests, with that he told me to go right ahead. I don’t know what happened next he walked out back mumbling something taking his apron off over his head. Maybe he went on break, Maybe he quit. This is by far one of my favorite Starbuck’s and it has great reviews. I hope for the sake of future customers this guy did you a favor and quit.

Drivers beware! I almost busted my car trying to steer around a cop car lurking out front. The lot is small & already busy. Cops are always creeping around this area so watch out. Anyway, this Starbucks is on a corner and when I rounded the corner(on my side of the road, mind you) a UPS truck came barreling toward me. I had to jerk my car out of the way. Just be mindful that this location is very busy and you have to watch where you’re going more than usual. Inside the restaurant was clean. Female barista took my order. She was super friendly! Male barista rung me up although he never opened his mouth. I’m not even kidding. He never even told me my total, I read it off the top of the register and handed it to him. He had the typical too cool for school attitude. I got an iced coffee. It’s actually pretty good. The only things is, even with the lid, the cup was way too full. When I took it out of the cup holder to take a sip, some spilled on my pants. I’m fine with it though, because the nice lady barista made it and not that moody mute barista behind the counter.

There’s something about this starbucks that’s so relaxing. In the summer they have outdoor comfy seating. It does get very busy here though. that’s the only downfall.

I agree with the other reviewers on how friendly the staff is. I’ve been in many-a-Starbucks in my time, and without fail this is the cheeriest bunch I’ve encountered. Snaps to you, crew! It can be incredibly busy at times, but it’s at the intersection of two major roads and has ample parking — what else do you expect?! As a recent transplant to Station Landing, I am pretty happy with my new ‘bucks.

Parking lot! Yay! Long-ass lines! Nay! This place is a crapshoot. Normally, you’d think at 9am on a Saturday, this place would be dead. Nope! It seems like the entire population of Medford, Everett, Chelsea and Somerville come here and wait in a long line. The service is pretty good though and there is a parking lot. I’ve also found a chair to sit in for a few minutes once, so there’s that.

If I play my cards right in the morning,(ie., NOTFORGETTINGONE’S PHONEATHOME! Stupid Julia…) I can get here in about 5 mins, and at the time I leave in the morning(just about 6, if not earlier) there is practically no line! I’m in and out in only a few minutes– I like this pace when buying coffee, especially in the morning. I go here to meet up with people on the weekends, or evenings. It’s sorta centrally located for a bunch of my friends and I. If you go in the afternoon on a weekday or a weekend, be prepared to wait in line! This is a location that gets superiorly busy. Most of the seats were taken when I went in on a Thursday afternoon to go see my cousin a few weeks ago. Insanely busy. I waited in line, she joined me and then sat and waited for the line to die down before getting her coffee. I have had bad experiences here, unfortunately. My friend was bashed by a barista for not knowing how to order her drink. Really dude?! As somebody who worked at a sbux for 3+ years, I was embaressed and wanted to make it right– but I was so floored that this guy was so rude to my friend I couldn’t speak!* I went in on a Friday night about a month ago and was in bad shape. Horrible day– when asked how I was I said«pretty bad» the two people working offered me samples and smiles to make my night better. While it didn’t touch the real issue, it was nice of them to try! *I have interacted with said rude guy since then and he’s been fine. I however KNOW how to call a drink at Sbux, and expedite my own orders by calling it correctly and loud enough for those on bar to hear. Still not sure about that dude…
