CubeSmart Self Storage

Hi All! I just got off the phone with Caleb to discuss my storage options in the Greater Boston area. Not only was he friendly and very informative but he took the time to go thru all my options at two different locations and cared about the price point! Genuinely great customer service and they offer and 8-​day reservation window. I will update my review once I visit the location and sign my lease.

I’ve had 2 storage units here for the better part of 4 years and the customer service and personal attention is always stellar. They go out of their way to assist you when you need anything, calls are returned promptly, you’re treated more like ‘family’ when you show up — they know you by name and always say hello. Facilities are always clean and there are always (with the very, very rare exception) plently of carts to help get your stuff in or out. I was with Public Storage for 8 years and you can read my reviews about that abysmal company. Cube Smart is the polar opposite. Can’t say enough good things about the manager, Kristen and her team — they really understand customer service. The facilities aren’t gated, but I’ve never experienced any problems there and Public Storage’s gates were always broken — supposedly better security, right? I had items stolen from there but never any issues with Cube Smart. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good, safe, reliable storage facility.

common sense is the factor. the staff at this place is very accommodating and understanding, almost too much. but if you’re a dead beat don’t pay your bills, or trying to live in your storage unit… yeah you’re the one with the problem.
definitely going to stay with this company if I need to store anything elsewhere, it’s an organization you can trust.

Clean, climate controlled, secure and great on site management. Looked at several storage facilities in the area and decided to use this location primarily because of Catherine’s friendly demeanor and help. Easy access and fairly priced.
