Starbucks

I go to this Starbucks several times a week. The staff, especially the management, is awesome. I love the consistency of the coffee and the atmosphere is great.

Stopped by Starbucks today to try out the new Teavana Black Tea Lemonade since I’m obsessed with all things Teavana. Now I know someone out there will say it tastes just like Lipton, but for me it’s like the difference between American Idol and The Voice, and we all know which is better — shouts to my future alimony payment Adam Levine. Anyways ordered a Grande, now on the menu it said $ 3.25, and as I was rung up for $ 2.00 I instantly thought hmm should I accept this as an early birthday present or be honest; I chose honesty (stop calling me dumb). I tell the cashier, and twice she says no that’s the calories I’m like… and then I say oh ok, she looks up and sees it’s the price, and says with an attitude as if I had just called her stupid — well look it must be on sale it’s what rang up (I’ve never experienced an attitude for trying to pay more, but ok). Needless to say, I don’t do bad customer service so I will not be returning to this particular Starbucks again, and before you say that’s extreme for one persons rudeness, blame chik f let, I’m customer service spoiled.
Oh and yes the tea was awesome! Cheers.

Abysmal service. A pour over should not take 10 minutes, nor should I be told to go to the back of a long line when I asked for a refund.

They make great frapp. I get the caramel frapp but tried the chocolate frapp is awesome. I can’t wait to go back. The workers are very sweet people

No drive thru

I have to agree about the condition of this store. I had to clean a table to sit at, and the floor was a mess too. In 90 minutes nobody lifted a finder to clean up. The Latte was great.

I’ve never seen a Starbucks with a comfy couch type seat like the one they had there. The staff was nice, one guy there seemed a bit too loud and saying inappropriate comments to his friends at the pick-​up counter. A bit unprofessional. I didn’t get a treat receipt, a little disappointed. But my coffee was delicious and before I left the guy wasn’t acting out as bad so who knows! The bathrooms were clean, always can tell how nice they are by the bathrooms!
