This hair salon sucks and they’re rude, un professional, don’t show up for appointments they make with clients then brush you off onto another stylists who charge 40 $ for a roller set that’s supposed to be 25 $… Sharon needs to step her business game up or she’ll continue to lose clientele. Very disappointed in Sharon for running her business like this… I would give it no stars but Unilocal won’t allow me to. They also don’t have a set time for when they open which when running a successful business is no good for them or the clients. You’d expect professional stylists to be prompt with time and they’re not. And Lisa the Asian lady sucks big time… she does horrible job on nails and eyebrows. Beware

This review is mainly for Sharon since she is the head stylist and owner. About 3 years ago I came to P.I. to have my extensions removed, the girl she had doing washes proceeded to wet and RIP the weave out my head. When I got home I had NO hair on the right/back of my head. I was devastated and I knew something felt weird leaving but I figured Sharon would’ve said something if something was wrong– at least. Nope. I immediately called her in tears to tell her about the issue to which she simply replied«I’ve never had this problem before, I don’t wanna do your hair anymore just don’t come back.» Now 3 years later let me just say THANKYOU to Sharon because of her I’ve found a stylist who actually CARES about the health of their client’s hair. My stylist makes sure our hair is healthy FIRST and her business is more than booming because of it. I still have troubles with the spot where my hair was ripped from the scalp without proper preparation or care. But I don’t sweat it because overall my hair is long(shoulder length) thick, natural and healthy. I don’t recommend ANYONE see her at this salon if you care about the health of your hair. There are a number of other customer service problems with this salon but I won’t go into that, the most important point I’m making here is that this experience really showed me what a lack of PROFESSIONALISM(the irony!) looks like in the hair care industry. Some stylists don’t understand there are thousands of other, BETTER salons women can go spend their hard-earned money where they don’t have to deal with a money hungry, rude, UNPROFESSIONAL stylist. I will never forget how ignorant she was on the phone that day but it’s been an extremely valuable lesson to me in dealing with stylists. If you value the health of you hair stay away from her chair!!! If you want something quick, cheap and unhealthy go here!

I love my stylist, Porsche. I don’t get my hair pressed often, but when I do, I go straight to Prof. Image. The stylists here are very well trained and talented. I wouldn’t say that it’s the most welcoming place. Sometimes you’ll walk in and feel like your invisible. But once you’re finally able to get someone’s attention, you’re good to go. Also, Lisa does a great job on eyebrows.

* This review is only for Lisa* When I can’t get to Renee at Debu Salon, I go to Lisa at Professional Image for my eyebrow waxing. She does a great job and does not make them too thin. My eyebrows are thin to begin with. She is quiet, but polite. Lisa also does manicures/pedicures and other nail services.
