This place is underrated. It’s fast food, after all, and a pretty decent Wendy’s location. Years ago there were really just three fast food restaurants: McDonald’s, Burger King, and Wendy’s. Of those three I would always pick Wendy’s. Nowadays there are so many choices that are so much better. I hardly go to any of the big three anymore, but when I do, I pick Wendy’s. The last time I was at this one they had a salad bar, so, what, 10 years ago? I stopped in this time because it was handy and I was in a hurry. Plus, I am trying to hit all the restaurants in Marysville, so I made the supreme sacrifice and visited this place with all the awful reviews. And I was pleasantly surprised. It’s clean and comfy inside, service was great, and the food was decent. I got my usual spicy chicken sandwich, though this time I kept it for later, for lunch at work. It held up well, and tasted good even cold. A thick slab of chicken, nicely fried, with quite a bit of heat hidden inside. Enough to satisfy my «hot tooth,» and enough for those who don’t like heat to be wary of. I like their burgers and fries, at least more than the other burger joints’ anyway, but this time I got some chili, another old favorite. It was the same as I remember: fairly thick(with a syrupy artifically-thickened texture,) a good balance of meat and beans, and a little kick. I also tried the black bean burger. It was… okay. It’s not a reasonable facsimile of a burger– too mushy, too flavorless. But it was an okay component of a fairly good sandwich– good bun, very fresh veggies, a little sauce, cheese. Not worth anything close to the $ 5 they want for it, but not bad. I would go back. But with so many options, even in Marysville, I won’t go back often. It is handy to the highway and a fairly quick stop, but I prefer quality to convenience so I try to make time for better food.

Been on road for many hours and wanted to have a quick burger. Heard so much about the fresh and meaty Wendy’s burger. The drive thru was very poor. Had to repeat my order several times. Ordered a simple cheeseburger with extra cheese, mustard and onion. Three simple things right. Had to repeat my order several times with the girl asking about pickles and catchup. Well when I asked the girl if it was her first day she laughed and quote was miscombobulated over the previous order. When I open my sandwich in the parking lot. The burger meat was microwaved, cheese slices unmelted, and get this one ring of onion. Wow. Did. One ring of onion break the bank… Wendy was a very good place to visit. Quality and quantity was taught and given. For nearly 5.00 for a burger it should be thick juicy not dried and hot on edge. Also Cheese should gave been melted on grill. Wendys corporate needs to check places after hours for quality control.

I ordered the Premium Cod Fish Sandwich and got the poorest excuse for a sandwich. All they did was slap on a marginal piece of lettuce onto a scrawny fillet and threw it on a standard burger bun. This not only happened once… but TWICE. After giving them the benefit of the doubt I unfortunately chose to go back and order the same thing and received a repeat of disappointment. Although, this time they did add just a smidgen more lettuce… they gave me a whole sliver. I am done with this location. I will not go back. They are a sad, sad, sad example for a Wendy’s. I added pictures so unsuspecting travelers will avoid wasting their time and money on this place.

This is the worst Wendy’s I have ever encountered. The staff is bird brained and the food was well below Wendy’s standard. I keep giving this place second chances, but I’m done with it.

When it comes to only having a half an hour lunch break, and you didn’t have time to pack your lunch, so you have to rush out and pick up fast food, there’s only one place in Marysville that can accommodate to my time constraints, and hunger pangs. This has to be the best Wendy’s for lunch hours. hands down! I will challenge you to a duel otherwise if you speak otherwise. I can’t really say on their later hours, but their drive thru staff here are SOOOO efficient, and wonderful. There’s usually one lady at the window who will always say, «Enjoy your day!» with a smile, and pure sincerity. There are no annoying, confused teenagers working at the windows, there’s never any confusion in ordering where you have to repeat your order a million times, and you never feel agitated leaving, because everyone’s just so darn nice! The best part is that I’ve never had to wait more than five minutes to get in and out through the drive-thru, and I usually order sandwiches with, or without items. That’s another good point. NEVER have they ever messed up my order, and when Wendys came out with these hellacious soy bean oil buns, they were nice and accommodated me with a regular bun on their sandwich when I told them on a next trip that I wasn’t crazy about the new ones. This Wendy’s really has is going! Even though it’s fast food, I’m not embarrassed to give it four stars, because it’s some of the best customer service I’ve ever had in a drive-thru.
