I would have to say they have very bad customer service if you go there tell them you signed up on line and they take you right in. Was there today walked in they ask if I had signed in on line said no and was told well if the people that did don’t show up I would be next 5 minutes later after sitting there a man walked in ask him that question he said yes and was taken back no asking what time his appointment was and then another 5 minutes and they did the same thing for 2 men. Got up and left

I think the chain hair cut places get a bad rap. It really comes down to the stylist. I’ve had $ 50 cuts with a hot towel and massage, and the typical $ 10+ chain. It always comes down to quality and convenience. I think I get both at the Marysville Great Clips. While anyone there does a good job, ask for Kara in particular (Thur/​Fri nights, Sat mornings). Always the perfect cut, and it’s not unusual for us to talk each others ears off (probably the cheapest therapy session in town lol). They also keep notes on how you want the cut so anyone can do it without having to explain everything every time. Definitely sign up for their text club. I’m always getting text discounts on services. Try off times like after 7 weeknights or early afternoons on the weekend.
