I wish I could like this store. There have been some great associates at this store, but currently the entire staff is a joke. If you need to go to Best Buy, I highly recommend the Easton Store.

Direct TV salesman reminded me of old Sun TV. Trying to sell a computer that packaged his product, while caring less about what I was interested in. What a jerk. Heading for MicroCenter. Best Buy always makes me laugh at their lack of customer care.

Worst customer service ever. Did an online order took over 2 hours for them to say if they had it our not. For to the store. EMPTY no customers and 8 employees yet no one had time to finish my order. What a joke.

No apple support or products other than ipads, phones, and pods. Small store but ok selection. It’s convenient to go there when i want to look at tvs.
