Rude and incompetent. The«gentleman» who took my car when I came in was standoffish, but thought maybe he didn’t have his coffee. When I picked the car up, he was flat out rude and kept interrupting. Apparently the guy who orders the parts dropped the ball when ordering parts. I received two emails reminding me of my appointments and the day of the appointment, a call that they don’t have my part! They couldn’t have called earlier? This is very poor customer service. I just can’t imagine buying a car from them. So after receiving a message that this company wants to make things right, it’s still bad. Jason H. called my husband a few days ago and didn’t bother to leave a message. I just got two satisfaction surveys and one was from Jason H. we call the number on it and they have no idea who it is. I call the missed number which went to Jason H. He calls back and does not identify himself and said he never called my phone. Again, such an incompetent dealership. Service is awful.

After shopping around, mulling several cars, and comparing prices, I came back to Coughlin to get my car. They have a good selection, and Caleb was helpful every time. Not pushy, no hard sell; I pretty much knew what I wanted, and he didn’t try to steer me toward something more expensive. I appreciated that. He was able to answer my questions, and admitted when he didn’t know something. They probably gave me more than my trade-in was worth, and came down enough on the other car’s price that things worked out for me.
