As it was my first time using a tanning bed, I had my doubts about artificial tanning before coming to this place. However, Katrina the receptionist explained all of the pros and cons to me which gave me a peace of mind. She is very informed and patient with her customers and has a warm personality. Everything seems reasonably priced. I bought the 5 session for $ 34.99 and saw good results. Everyone else who works here is great too, but Katrina’s friendliness, knowledge, and professional attitude really stood out to me. Thank you.

I have been a customer of Pacific Tan for over 10 years, and not only are the prices reasonable, but the staff is wonderful! It is always clean. I have never had an issue with the bulbs in the tanning beds, and get color every time I go. I highly recommend Pacific Tan!

Came here last week for a mystic spray tan and got helped out by Dustie. She was wonderfully kind and helpful with the whole process. The tan turned out great! Looks natural like I’ve been to Hawaii!

Never met staff so friendly, welcoming and genuine. It’s always kept very, tidy and hygienic ! I Wouldn’t want to tan anywhere else to be honest. Clean beds and very fair prices, deffinetly shall remain a regular

I really just love this business. The staff is so sweet. The beds appear clean, I’ve never used them; I’ve only ever used the mystic booth. My spray tans always come out perfect! The package deals for the spray tans rock!!! They NEVER EXPIRE!

Never tanned before and only now doing it for a wedding. I had no idea what I was doing there but the girl at the counter was super sweet and explained everything well. She made me comfortable with an essentially bizarre idea…(lie down in this coffin and bombard yourself with cancer rays!)
She also came in the room before i got cooking and pushed buttons on the bed to show me how it worked. Really nice staff (I only met 2 staff but both were really friendly and helpful) and clean rooms. Quiet place, too. That’s nice. I probably won’t continue tanning after this wedding just because I generally don’t go tanning, but as far as this business goes, they are clean and hospitable.

I usually go tanning a for a couple months right before Summer starts to get a nice base tan. I went to this business last year and remember paying $ 40 or $ 50 for a monthly membership. However this time when I went it cost 69.99. Yikes! That’s ungodly expensive for a monthly membership and to top it off they aren’t open 7 days a week either. They are closed on Sundays. The staff here is nice, its always clean, there’s never a wait, and it’s close to the freeway exit. The beds could definitely be updated. I ended up purchasing the membership anyways due to the fact I was already there and didn’t feel like trying to find somewhere else and that they are the closest tanning salon to my home. However, due to how high the prices are now and that they aren’t open everyday I will be finding a new place which makes me kinda sad.

Ive only been here twice and just recently bought a package. Their prices are very reasonable compared to other tanning salons. The staff is very sweet and helped me pick out which tanning package would be best for me.

Just came back after years and this place is still clean, quick, and friendly. They will let you borrow goggles if you forget yours unlike many other salons that make you buy theirs. Prices are very reasonable.

I have been going here since I moved to Martinez last summer. I have never had to wait for a bed to be available, and the rooms in the entire facility are very clean and welcoming. Every person that works here is very friendly and always pleasant to see. If you are looking for a very affordable and clean tanning salon, this is the place you should go to.

Pacific Tan is a great place to get your tan on! Prices are very reasonable. Conveniently located. Spring/​Summer hours (open weekends and late weekdays) are fitting to my hectic schedule. Their tanning beds gave me a fabulous glow/​color for summer which I love!

Very nice staff and great prices! :) And the girl listened to me when I said I wanted max time in the «accelerated» booth, on my first visit… other places never believed that I never burn. She agreed I had the skin for it… which shows she knows her stuff. I will for sure be going back!

I bought a package here before I went to Hawaii and got decent color in a week. The only reason I am taking a star is because their hours are very limited (closed on Sundays) but the owner said they will be expanding them for spring time :)

I love tanning at Pacific Tan! The staff are so friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They know exactly how long you should go in the bed and keep record of your previous visits. I was really impressed when they had on file the type of tanning lotion I bought last time! The salon is clean and the beds are well maintained. The only complaint is the hours and the fact that they arn’t open on sundays right now! Other than that, head to pacific tan and get your tan on!!!

I’ve gone here off and on for years and I love this place!
I’ve been to a few other salons (where friends have worked) and this place is much cleaner and the staff is so friendly in comparison!
There are only a few beds, but it is rare to have to wait — and they will often let you «upgrade» to a different (stand up) bed if there is a wait. My one complaint would be the hours of operation — they are very limited, so if you like to tan late at night or in the afternoon on weekends, this place is not for you.

Friendly service, CLEAN and reasonably priced.
I’ve only gone once so far. The counter person is knowledgeable and recommended starting with 8 minutes to start; she was RIGHT ON! I didn’t get red at all and will begin my base tanning now.
The bed has the option to tan your face or not (just press the button and those lamps turn off). Lots of mini fans down the side of the bed. I wasn’t all gross and sweaty, very comfortable experience.
IMPORTANT: They were very cool and understand that you aren’t going to be using a whole lotta minutes that 1st month, so she gave me the one time discounted rate of $ 49 for 1 MONTH UNLIMITED TANNING for the 20 minute beds.
I’ll update service and results in 1 month…
