I come to this firehouse once a week and I am greeted at the door by everyone in the store and they always have my online order ready on time. Quick friendly service.

Awesome customer service with a large variety of specialty subs &;freshly made cold or hot right out of the oven. My favorite this month is the turkey bacon ranch but they also have so many others to choose from. Like I said everything is fresh you have the option of wheat or white bread, the sizes come in small 6 inch, mediuman eight inch and a large 12 inch. The prices average starting from $ 5.99 and up depending on which sandwich combo you get. They also have a combo which includes a drink and chips as well as a variety of salads. Also, when you sign up with them you you can come back and get a free sub on your birthday! The only con is that this particular one is in a hidden and/or not easily seen location.

Was ignored after entry and only acknowledged after they all got done talking to their customer golf buddies. Had two employees make eye contact and not even say a word. If I wasn’t carrying a list for the family to eat, I would have chose elsewhere. Rotten lettuce. they made my salads with rotten lettuce. attempted to debate the rotten lettuce even though it smelled and had yellowed. never again

Walked in to sticky floors and employees that acted as if I was hassling them with my presence. Sorry I interrupted your basketball game, ‘bruh’.

Any other Firehouse Subs, I would give a solid four stars. Why two stars in this case you say? The subs are solid quality subs found at any other Firehouse Subs location. The staff is friendly and quick to serve. The problem with this Firehouse Subs is the parking. The parking lot is way too small, and some parking spots are nearly impossible to get into since it is so tight. There are some spots at the end that you can’t back out of. You have to drive backwards through the parking lot to get out of them(no joke!). The last two times I went, I couldn’t find any parking nearby and had to park in the grass across the street. I have vowed to not eat at this Firehouse Subs until they fix the parking problem or move to a nearby location that has adequate parking. It seems I waste a good five minutes every time I come here getting a parking spot.
