Purchased a foot long to go, and discovered a bug still alive crawling on the bread. After calling the store and alerting the manager, her reply was «so, what do you want.» She was really rude and did not offer an apology. All she was worried about was if I had a receipt when I asked for refund. I also informed her that I had photos and videos of the bug crawling on the sandwich. Just based on appearance, this is not one of the cleanest Subways in town.

I received a call today from the manager of the Subway apologizing for the smoking out front. So at least they seem to care about it. I will try them again in the future.
