I couldn’t find the McDonalds on Lafitte LaRose so this is for them. I gave it 1 star b/​c your not allowed to choose ½ or none. The service here is HORRIBLE! It does not matter if you sit in the drive thru or go inside it will take you a ½ hour to get your food. The McDonalds franchise can care less about the lack of service that comes out of this place

My biggest complaint about this location?
Outright blatant Racism from the employees.
If you’re Asian, Hispanic or White, don’t even bother stepping foot in here.
The exact same thing can also be said for the location on Lafitte Highway.
After experiencing numerous situations of Racism at these locations, my family and I refuse to step foot in ANY McDonalds ever again.
Even complained to them directly via their main website, and received a form letter response.
Then again, what would you expect from a company that created and runs a website called
?
I travel often, and no matter how hungry I may be while on the road, I will NEVER step foot in another McDonalds for as long as I live.
